The environment is calm and friendly, but most importantly the standard room is so spacious, making you feel so free

The staff was courteous and quick to respond to the guests need. The prices are affordable. They have an in-house restaurant. The environment is neat and located in a serene and safe place. However, the water quality is not good, brownish from the tap and the fridge and the toilet werent working.

Such a nice hotel with breathtaking views. I especially like the trees. However, there arent any swimming pools around

Very good location, electrical wires left naked, fan has no control, bath water logged in the bathroom, bed with levels and light huuuuuu 6:30pm to 6am. The hotel needs COMPLETE TURNAROUND

Jewel Suites Gombe is one of the oldest hotels in the city, its architecture and landscape is a testament of the olden day architectural designs. Rooms are generally detached from each other and designed to be luxurious. The rooms sure need a face lift as the furnishings and furniture are either worn out or just manageable. The bathrooms are slightly ok with some rooms not having water supplied by an inbuilt pipe system. Such rooms have a drum and water is brought in using buckets. Room rates range from 8,000 to about 20,000 Naira depending on the type of room one is looking for. The surroundings of Jewel Suites is actually serene and nice but the rooms need a better makeover. If youre on a budget, it may not be a bad idea, as they can provide some level of discount. Wishing all visitors of Gombe state a lovely stay while in the city.
