Walked into the reception & this two receptionist were just looking at me, even while making enquiry there was this particular girl that was so rude & shunned me & there was no light nor sign that generator will be turned on. It hurts to be shunned like that, honestly I was disappointed with the customer service. I left immediately to find a better place. The operations manager need to look into the staff, cuz those two I met there will wreck any business.

If you are a first timer and need a place to stay in Gombe I would highly recommend this place. It’s quiet and the rooms are like mini apartments so there’s no question of shuffling of feet from other people an it’s very work friendly. Water, light and a/c worked 24/7 all through my stay.
