I extremely enjoyed my stay at the Emerald Royal Hotel, Gombe. The experience was wonderful and amazing. You need to visit the place to see things for yourself.

I think they need to do more if they want it to be a choice destination for travels going to Gombe. I may not say much because this was my first time in Gombe and cant compare with another hotel for now. On the general note they are ok and in a safe and serene environment.

If youre looking for a bargain, the staff readily help out. The hotel is neat and relatively comfortable, id recommend it for anyone not expecting star class service.

Old hotel although renovation works are going on.Meal was fair and manageable, same with the utility.No pool, no sit out bar/spot/area.Not a great place overall.

I met a group of people where we discussed matters relating to Health ,Education and Contemporary Issues.I then prayed there.

Good landscape as a result to its proximity to a hill. Good architecture too with a wheel chair accessible entrance.

The treatment was good. The rooms are of highest standard but the outside environment (bush) behind the hotel need to cleared.

Located in a quiet & peaceful neighborhood. Everything is near perfection, but it turns loud and congested everytime there is an event (mostly weddings which are frequent) at their hall.

If you are looking for privacy, security and hospitality then this place is for you, amazing scenery fresh air, healthy environment and the unique part of this place is it location, the location give you privacy in every sense of the word, they are experience in every aspect the business, from their best booking electronic booking system, payment and the safety of their guest which is the top most priority, their swimming pool is healthiest wed ever seen.

Terrible. I wouldnt stay here again ever. Its an old, crumbling, very dirty building. Roaches in the room and loud old-fashioned air conditioners that barely cool. The staff at the reception are not friendly at all. WiFi does not work. The only decent thing about this hotel was the food/room service.

Starting this one with the #goodsThe hotels location is quite good, serene and quiet place, very neat.The hotel has some landscaping making it a little fascinating.The was an open ground where one could walk around or jog as a form of exercise.However,maintenance of the facility was is an average state, the doors cleaning and all that should make one confident of hygiene had been defeated.The place was not run up to standard, although this hotel ranks in the top 5 in the location, it can be much better.Great staff between

Emarald Royal Suites (or Emarald Royal Hill) is a hotel located by a hill side with a superb view. It offers comfortable and affordable services that meets ones needs. It has a good cuisine(kitchen) that serves both African and Continental dishes. It also has a conference room for meetings and other events.

Room is quite spacious with ample parking space. Room wasnt properly aired, there was no wifi, window unit AC made so much noise i didnt need an alarm to wake me up. No complimentary breakfast too.

This is a royal Hotel and suites, that is a home from home while you are on vacation, it is a place to rest and even visit occasionally. Their menu is ok, like the room prices are averagely okay. It is situated in a very cool environment in Gombe and well-secured for events such as wedding fathia, wedding reception, valedictory services etc

Emerald Royal Hill Hotel Gombe is arguably one of the very good hotels you can stay at while in the clean city of Gombe. It is one of the few hotels within the state that operates round the clock with electricity either from the national grid or their stand-by generating machine. The hotel is clean and with very spacious rooms. Each room is decorated with a 6x6 bed, 3 chairs, reading table, chest refrigerator, air conditioner, standing fan and ward robe. Theres a functional intercom and electric switch points are good and functional. The slight challenge I had was when I kept calling the restaurant to bring me food and the staff did not respond on time. This happened in two successive days.This hotel is probably the only one that provides complimentary breakfast in the form of coffee, tea, milk and sugar every day for its guests. Its because of these that I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Gombe. Thank you
