The hotel is beautiful, but guests are not well attended to by their staff. Or they respond harshly.They take long to respond.For the breakfast, I feel more choice of meal should be made available and animal protein as well.

I attended a friends birthday dinner in the restaurant section of the hotel and Ill say it was really lovely..the food was nice, the place had nice background to take beautiful pictures with good lighting. The staff was quite receptive..Id recommend this place to you if you need to relax.

Outdoor bar is spacious and well laid out. Service is fast and friendly. Food is quiet good and you will definitely enjoy their grilled fish

Sharing your space of personal comfort with cockroaches? Mmmmmmmh, and not even offered an upgrade 🤭. At least another room was provided. But guys, cleanliness is important for us! The marketing lady is great, the staff amazing considering that they hardly ever sleep. Management systems leave a lot to be desired.

Beautiful decor!! The waiter took our order but didnt to pass it to the kitchen. We were kept waiting for over an hour for a meal that was never coming.

I didnt have a good experience in this hotel. Poor food service, u have to remind them to clean ur mouth. Saw flies severally in my food.

This hotel is a very standard one in Benin. Their least room as at October 2020 cost 28k. Something about this hotel is they have all amenities, Internet, swimming pool, free buffet...

The female waiters at the pool bar are so rude n ignorant. To come n attend to the their customer is a problem. Asides that the environment is a beautiful place. Its just their female staffs that wants to destroy business for the owner by being really rude , arrogant and ignorant to the customers especially when the customers are females.

Beautiful place no doubt but they ignored basic things. No toothpaste, no tooth brush, no body cream or lotion, no shampoo, no phone directory so when you have emergency you are on your own, no good room service, terrible Iinternet. In fact not recommended at all for stranded travellers with unplanned hotel stay.
