I really enjoy how serene the environment was, it’s a good place to really enjoy a lone time and rest from the busy world, their meal was really good, the receptionist was excellent, the room was expensive but didn’t come with breakfast which I find really weird, way cheaper hotels in ABJ do come with breakfast included, the door was quite old, used a key and I forgot it few times and had to call them to help with a spare, but the place was clean, the pool was good, though I didn’t swim… I had a dinner with a friend at the restaurant and it was really romantic and cozy with the setup. There meal is quite expensive but yeah my stay was pleasant and restful.

Very terrible experience, no elevator, poor management system, you lodge and not get access to facilities except the room you paid for. Facilities inside the room isnt working, the intercom isnt working, to reach out to the reception, you have to trek the stairs from the 3rd floor as there is no elevator. A/C not working well, bathroom sink not flowing...shower flowing one sided...over all it was such a terrible experience. If you need comfort and value for your money, please look elsewhere.

Despite the good infrastructure still in place even if they require some maintenance yet, the chief cook at the restaurant needs to be removed immediately.Imagine having your guest without basic food available for more than 24 hours.Even the little meal prepared were poor, burnt fish, food prepared not well boiled etc.

Sage hotel is a fantastic. A place to bring your family for a getaway treat.The swimming pool is big and the pool area is with good ambience.Theres gymnasium to workout, theres business center to print, photocopy and type your documents.Theres bar tagged Sahara Bar.The Restaurant is superb with a 30mins delivery time of hot meals.The prices are fair compared to the quality of service.The environment is generally serene.Theres wheelchair access ramp and the receptionist are courteous.Theres adequate parking space.Theres green area that can accommodate up to 1,000 guest if you are hosting a party.

It is awful. Rooms are bad, acs don’t work, had to change room thrice, service is poor. Only the front desk people are reasonable

One of the best hotels I have visited in Benin. Located in a quite and serene environment. It shared boundary with lily hospital. Their service is very good and they have everything you will see in a good hotel like swimming pool, gymnasium for workout, sit out, indoor and outdoor bar, the reception has an ambience that is inviting, the receptionist are courteous, ample and spacious car park, green lawn, tight security, free WiFi, stable power supply, and so on.It can be recommended for a family re treat.

Beautiful environment, calm, safe & serene.The rooms are clean, air conditioning works, water heater doesnt, the bathrooms are antiquated and fitted with impractical bathtubs.The towels in this hotel are not fit for human skin. Bring your own Towels, soap and toilet roll. The soap and toilet roll the Hotel offers are rubbish.They have one of the best swimming pool i have ever seen in a hotel of their standard.The room service is average.The food is average.I will recommend all day long with the caveats above.

While the food is okay, and affordable, the rooms could use alot of upgrade in decor, furnishings and lighting especially for the price. It does not give you the hotel, getaway feel.

So I actually enjoyed my stay.The classic room is spacious and clean, with a decent sized bathroom.The staff are very corteous, like I was laughing from the counter while checking in.The environment is very serene and really pretty.My main issues are just the small shower heads and limited tv stations.I woke up both mornings I stayed very well rested, so 4 stars it is!!!Id definitely return.

The hotel is very good. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. Everything works, ac, hot water. The decor is very attractive. The hotel is let down by the restaurant. The Cook is very good but he doesnt have the ingredients for all on the menu so the variety of food which is available is small.

I liked the room I stayed in (2014). The room was tastefully furnished and the meal I had was delicious. I definitely recommend it. I just hope their quality hasnt dropped through the passage of time.UPDATE: I just spent a weekend in this hotel (2018) and their quality is even better than before. Rooms are clean and tastefully furnished and their food is delicious!!

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to . I’d heard so much about it so I was excited to stay. It took them over 40 minutes to allocate rooms to us. The AC didn’t work for hours and they kept telling us they would send someone. Had a wedding the next morning, and there was no water in the hotel ! For hours! I had to go bathe at a friend’s house. Then on the final morning, I got back and something in the bathroom was leaking. It flooded the entire bathroom & entered the room . I could go on & on . Oh rude male staff Too.

There is a delibrate effort to take care of the facility, and its commendable. Staff need to be trained on how to render excellent service beginning with communicating effectively and presentation in terms of dressing. The kitchen enjoys cooking with abundance of salt even after specific instructions. Environment is Serene and proximity to the airport is a plus.

Environment... atmosphere.... ambiance....you cannot ask for more.....but operational issues......bring the ratings down.... restaurant, front desk operations....need marked improvements. 5-6POSs tried not one connected to the Internet......had to rush out to bring cash for checking out.👎

Good service, not an extremely clean hotel but for the price it is decent for a shortstay. Less than 5minute from the airport so it is ideal for travellers.- they have a Bar beside the reception and an outdoor seating area with a swimming pool (very cozy to hangout in the evening)- the water pressure from their shower is quite poor. It was a struggle taking a showerBut overall if you are just interested in having a good night rest in transit or meeting or quick job.

The ambience is good, the internet connection is very good and the pool is neat, but the staff are not courteous.The room rates are affordable, but the gym wasnt functioning as at the time of my visit. The hotel could be better with good management.

I have only been to the bar section. It used to be my favorite place to chill at. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the place was quite modern. Several service mishaps, and a bunch of new staff has made it not so hot for me anymore. But still its not a bad place to relax at.

The quality of the rooms are poor, same with the service. I booked 2 nights at the hotel but cancelled one of the nights days before arrival. I was promised a refund but two months down the line, Im still being pushed from pillar to post with the accountant is not on seat stories. Extremely poor customer services. DO NOT BOTHER!

The guy at the swimming pool was very rude to me.. He asked me to pay #2000 extra for accidentally tearing the cap I rented. Aside that the place is nice.

A home away with class

I can tell u for sure the hotel standard has fallen tremendously. My last experience was not pleasant, I was put in a room where the toilet was bad and water would fill up d toilet sit when flushed, the wash hand basin was leaking and water was always on the bathroom floor and the hotel management was aware of the room situation but still booked it out cos When I called the reception I was told oh ok someone would come and fix it casually without remorse and 30mins after still no one had come. And they refused to change my room claiming they were fully booked.
