Their cheapest room costs N5,000. For that price point, youd expect something a little nice. Youd at least expect clean sheets on the bed. That wasnt the case.The sheets were stained all over and the fan overhead just blew hot air.Their bar was well stocked though and I believe their more expensive rooms are probably much better than the one I got.

This hotel is one of the most frequently available hotels in Benin City, and situated in a proper, proper location too - Akpakpava. With a minimum of N5,000 - N6,000, you can have a good sleep here.No matter how bad things are, THEY HAVE REGULAR POWER SUPPLY, a trait which is sometimes absent in 15k, 20k/night hotels.One thing youre likely to enjoy at the Edo-Delta hotel as well as its annex (pictured building), is an enviable customer service which is dominated by young men.The Manager of this hotel is quite friendly, warm and seldom gets into a fight.They also have a bar where you can get good food, especially if you can afford it.Not bad at all, not bad 👍🏽

Edo Delta Hotel is cool. Security is just fine although customer service can be better. No one is going out of their way to make you comfortable but theyre not rude at the same time. Just cool.

It seems like an old hotel though but something significant is the fact that it also serve the purpose of gaining entrance into the pleasant hills hotel.

Not bad but needs renovation and maintenance. Ill recommend the annex called PleasureHill hotel within the same compound.

Came to the restaurant here for a hangout. Customer service was trash. Food was just there. There is so much potential, they have a great and busy location. Hope they do better.

Affordable hotel to stay in Benin city, Edo state

Edo-Delta is a popular hotel in Edo state and I think they work so hard to ensure its popularity matches with its standard.The bar is not the noisy type but cool & serene.The hotel has over 300rooms with different price range (4,500 to 15,000), lodged in the one of 5,500naira and got a nice and well laid bed, a TV, a functioning small fridge, a fan, a table top, a mini-wardrobe, a chair and an air condition.Cant talk about the meals as I kept going outside to buy food, interestingly, cars are washed for guest while you lodge. Great hotel, trust me.The staff are top-notch, very detailed and effective - I just hope they pay them well enough (this is Nigeria😭).

The hotel has a strategic location and enough space for expansion which its relatively doing. It offers a comfortable lodging ambiance with its various rooms ranging from deluxe, King and smart rooms and still promising more with the on going upgrade of the facility. It serves different varieties of dishes and drinks to its teaming customers. The staff of the hotel are warm and welcoming.I think the only area that deserves serious attention is the car parking space.

Strategically located in Benin and convenient, otherwise nothing very fancy.

For its price range I guess it is enough, better in fact than hotels of similar price in other states and even other parts of Benin.The staff arent exactly the best but at least they answer when called. They have intercom but the rooms are kinda small. My room had a bad fridge but when I called for something from room service it came on time: chicken was crappy though.

Is a nice place to be, especially when you are traveling and wish to pass out a night there, they also have mini Buses in Case you want to continue your journey to any of the state in the country.

The standard rooms aint in good conditions. The walls are damp and the air conditioner is noise full.

I dont know about the new one that is about to open but the old is not it at all...mosquito bite getting back to lagos i have to treat myself everything sucks...i pictures of mosquito killed also

It pretty outdated with not soo good facilities...though its cheaper than most other hotel. Is a good option when on a tight budget.

The place is old. Security is just fair. Meals fair; flies seen to be playing in the display case. Customer services is fair..Some very good staff available. Noisy.

The hotel looksz good with the roomsz going from #4500 and above. Hotel location and services seen looks great.But be ready to get scammed if you decide to do an online booking as the account number that will be forwarded to you for payment is not that of the hotel but an individuals account. It is safe to assume there is no contact for the hotel as the contact number displayed on the webpage is readily available to have you scammed. Be wise!

Horrible service. No heaters in the room. Poor maintenance culture. Horrible beddings. This was an avoidable mistake a second attempt will be unforgivable .
