I considered them quite expensive but did enjoy the services.I took the full package. The ambiance, the music, the aroma and the massage itself were calming and refreshing. They are professionals and I excuse the few lapses on Nigerian factor 😁 Its a treat I will give myself again

To start with, the lady in the front desk was not welcoming, very unfriendly, rude and did not even care about our complains.I went with a friend, we wanted sauna and a steam bath, the option we had was the Rasul self treatment, the service was terrible, there was no steam at all, not even hot water to shower, the staff send come on

I WOULNT MAKE A RECOMMENDATION TO ANYONE !Decided to treat my cousin to a spa day at this place and booked for the two of us.Upon arrival the staff at the desk ( male) was totally rude and kept asking us if an appointment was made and what it was for.I explained that I called in the morning for an appointment and he stated that there was only one person available to do a treatment which wasn’t the full spa package . Meaning one person would have to wait.We agreed to this only for another staff member to behave totally unprofessional and we were told that we would still have to wait.In the long run we left and the staff were totally not bothered about anything or even apologised.I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place
