Im usually skeptical about getting massages because they tend to NOT work for me but then I went here and I actually enjoyed the session.The masseuse was professional and good at it. My daughter had a manicure and a pedicure done. Gel polish. Hair treatment for dandruff steam and blow dry. She was given a bill of N50k. When she questioned this they reduced it to N45k. She called me and I hit the roof on the phone.. they finally said she should pay N36k. Which she did. Now my question is, why tell a client the cost of a service after the service? Shouldnt your prices be visible? And then the staff are whispering and making it all look as if they are hiding something... a really bad experience I must say

They render the best services. Youd absolutely feel alot better when you visit. Trust me, you wouldnt want to miss out on this great place. The staff are polite and try to make you feel as comfortable as possible. You can get a massage on their massage chair at no extra cost. The restrooms are very neat and the place has a very good ambience. I also got a wax for the first time which I was originally too scared to do but the lady that did it for me was absolutely gentle and honestly, for a first timer in waxing (me), I absolutely felt no extreme pain. There are also refreshments readily available for some procedures you do and also for people who come to wait for their friends or families that are getting a procedure there, they have you covered in terms of comfort, entertainment and refreshments as well. The services are also pretty affordable and not unnecessarily expensive. Id give them an extra five stars if I could because i felt extremely impressed and after the hammam I got, I absolutely felt like a new person 😂. This place is really unique and I encourage people to visit without any form of second thoughts. You and your body will be glad that you did.

The best luxurious place to have all types of Hammans, spas and other treatments. They also have a website that actually works and contains all their various services and pricing they offer which is very convenient for those of us who like to enquire before visiting.

I went there with good skin and left with irritations and breakouts. The lady that did my face was too rough and tried to pop a whit head which left me with scars. She doesn’t even speak English so it was hard to communicate with her. She kept pulling my face downward instead of upwards. And I went there the next day only to hear “no refunds policy” TF after making my skin worse! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICESadly, my hair got stolen in this saloon today. I usually drop my wigs to be styled, but most times I dropped my wig I would have to beg to get it back. It was really frustrating because I live far from the saloon but whenever I got there my wig was always locked away somewhere. At one point I went to the saloon up to 4 times just to get my wig. There was even a day I was forced to go to work with cornrows because I was late, and I thought I could pick up the wig and rush to work but as usual, i couldnt get it.I still had hope in the service and made the stupid decision of asking them to simply replace my closure, but that was the beginning of my trouble in this place. Apart from the fact that I had to go there up to 3 times (as usual) before I could get my wig, I got what looked like half of the wig back in a sad, basic, and irritating style which was far from what I gave to them. I have been a silent ambasaddor of this saloon for years. I have brought atleast 10 people to this saloon (both male and female), out of which 5 are regular customers. its really infuriating I got played for a fool but today was definetly the last day I would step foot in this saloon because today I saw no reflection of sympathy or attempt to fix my issue. Ive definetly learnt my lesson. Even though It cost me money, energy and my precious time.

Had the best spa treatment today. I chose the cleopatra hamman which involves the application of some body products, a steam bath, followed by a thorough body scrub. These are done twice. At the end, my skin felt velvety. The place is neat, staff are courteous and friendly. They also offer various types of body treatments and the usual saloon stuff.I have done hamman before but Nadina who attended to me today made my day. She was thorough. Will certainly ask for her again.
