Excellent service by L and her team. Small space but well utilised. Ambience was just right for a massage. Had the tension relieving treatment which included a foot scrub and some ginger and honey tea. Short of falling asleep while the skilful masseuse went to work on the kinks, i dare say this is one of the best treatments I have had. She got a thumbs up when she worked on my lower back. Definitely low key for a reason, not for your average joe. Pricing was competitive with its peers

Recently I had a pedicure done which was supposed to be e medical pedi but apparently I did not need one; even though I have callouses on both feet.My previous pedicure I had shellac applied and did not realise that this was information I should have given to the receptionist when making the appointment online. It was not a pleasant experience this time as the person that was giving me the pedicure was rushed for time since shellac takes a while to dissolve. I think maybe a situation like this or others that are similiar may not need to happen if there is a digital record of what the customer previously had done. Then the receptionist could follow up with a communication to the customer to suggest what needs to happen.

Its everything everyone whose been says about it in terms of the environment and the instant feeling that youre going to be pampered. I did my nails with a most lovely lady who did a fantastic job and the conversation was easy - not too much and rather spontaneous between us. I also did my eyebrows but sensed the lady rushed a lot and even now I feel Ive had more precisely threaded brows. She also seemed a bit moody as I caught her scowling a few times. Maybe just a bad day for her. But despite, this is a lovely place and I would definitely go back.

Was there to make enquiries on the 13th of December if I could book for a facial. The lady I met attending to another client told me to sit and wait. It took ages for her to get someone else to attend to me. I thought, Since she took the trouble to leave her client to look for someone, she might as well have attended to me. Wasnt happy with the reception. Appears to me they only accept certain types of clients.
