Kabusa Garden Estate is beautiful and peaceful. Most of the houses are completed and occupied.

High density estate with good infrastructure, mostly paved roads and friendly environment

Sunnyvale Gardens Estate is a great place to live. Sunnyvale Gardens is serene, beautiful, spacious and comfortable for family and almost anyone at all. There are a lot of buts legally. Contact your lawyer before doing any business here.

The estate have different sections and communities, well a good environment I will say.

Quite a big estate, so lovely too but they need to put transport systems in place for those that arent motorable...bikes & Kekes are hardly seen in that area which is not good at all

Should tar the road at extended part of the estate by the end of Road 4.

Most parts of it has been developed. The road to the estate is fairly accessible. A lot of dust around during the dry season.

Best Garden ever

The initial plan is been tempered with thereby its image is no longer as beautiful as what was the designers passion. We wish that this image be Redeemed but who will, when the love of money and corruption is eating deep the system. Its so sad.

Is a serene environment for families who want a peaceful location.

Its a quiet place, good for residence.
