Some part of the estate are completed while others are under construction. The designs are beautiful and the completed ones are breathtaking.

Rockvale has a land mass of 12.5 hectares and is situated in full background view of the undulating hills of Dutse District in Abuja just 5 minutes from the Apo. Its a serene residential area. The access roads can be improved.

Upcoming real estate, relatively serene and homely.

Probably the worst estate in Abuja. The houses look good but are poorly constructed and already falling apart on the inside (the estate is about a year old). Estate management charges over 200k as service charge which only covers security and waste disposal. Illegal connections to the power grid by the management has had AEDC shut down power supply to the estate temporarily. Do yourself a favour...RUN!!!

Its pretty out of the way and very dark at night due to the absence of streets lights. So be prepared to get some curious glances from your cab driver if you are returning at night. Luckily the roads are tarred. The buildings look pretty on the outside but not so pretty on the inside. You need an air conditioner to remain comfortable indoors. The high ceiling however is nice. Attempts are being made to beautify the surroundings with some trees but wild grass is the most abundant vegetation. On the bright side, you can order an Uber from the location unlike some other out of the way places. It cost me 1,250 Naira to travel to Wuye from here by Uber. Also, its quiet and breezy.
