EFAB Estate Lokogoma is one of the largest and most popular Estates in Lokogoma, Abuja. It occupies a large expanse of well planned land that is named alphabetically street after street. Efab Estate is a city own its own, with private schools, Churches, Pharmaceutical stores, restaurants, bars, Salon and many more. There are a number of corner shops where one can purchase necessary things like food items, toiletries and so on. Outside the main gate is a mini market and there are many machines (Okada) waiting to convey one round the Estate incase he or she is not mobile.

A famous Estate in Lokogoma. Its a landmark for most other Estates, homes, etc around that environ. I heard that the Estate, its Management and Residents installed and maintain the Traffic Light at the Lokogoma Junction

Good though the roads in the estate are dilapidating

It is always amazing to see everywhere I go with picture of the place on my phone without necessarily taken the picture myself, you people are so wonderful, please keep it up, kudos to you guys.

Efab estate is a low cost housing estate. Price range is ok. Though theres traffic during rush hours when schools are in session but the area is really cool and calm for family.

Located in the heart of lokogoma, EFAB Estate is a warm place for a family. However, the poor road and other deteriorating infrastructure within the estate detract from its beauty.

A convenient place to live as a hustler in Abuja, houses aint that expensive to rent. Right in front of it is a market where you can get whatever the kitchen needs. The road within the estate are usually bad during raining Season.... So bad that sometimes theres no entrance....theres also an eye clinic within the estate

What is looks like

Safe residential area in Abuja. If it rains heavily, some parts of the estate cannot be accessible due to heavy flood. But overall its a very nice estate to live in.

Efab Estate is located at lokogoma axis, it a very large estate that have different phase, but one reason i like the Estate us the good road network, security and my favorite corner store where I can get what I need, there are hangout spot within the Estate for those who love working outside there house and also those who would not love to take their meeting home.Great Estate with affordable housing payments

This was a trail blazers estate, in that it provided affordable houses for young and new families, had flexible payment plans for house purchase.The major issues are the most of the houses were built with sub standard materials and the access roads not properly done.So presently the houses arent so good and the roads are bad.But its still a good choice for those looking for estate with close proximity to a major road.

Its a great estate with modern interior in most houses. The house rent is just on the high side

The entrance to the Estate is too congested with Bikes, and unruly drivers, which urgently needs the intervention of the estate management.

This estate is directly behind Prince & Princess estate, along Gaduwa, Sun City and Sunny Ville. It has tight spaces and not a lot of pedestrian thoroughfare. Its got average security, mostly privately engaged. Its got a police station. The access roads to the estate need revamping too. Its easily accessible from the airport though and that might be its greatest advantage.

A fairly large residential estate with 2 major shopping plazas. The houses are quite affordable and beautiful but they may fail some basic structural tests.

The estate is the biggest Estate in Lokogoma. Its like a modern city . It is designed for all classes.

The place is peaceful but the main problem i find is just the very bad road. Please take the left road once you enter the estate especially if you are driving a low car cos the left road is really bad. It can mess up your car

The estate is very quiet. Quite accessible if there is no traffic. The officials at the gate are a handful but it’s a safe place to live.

Its an estate located along ring road, After Galadimawa roundabout. The road that leads to the estate is just at traffic light opposite Prince Ebeano Supermarket.You can get any accomodation of your choice. A Self contain, flats etc, depending on your budget and interest.

Its a very nice place.. The security is top notch.. I spent about two weeks there and its cool. They have bikes at the entrance of the gate to take people within the estate.. Theyve got about two corner shops within the estate where you can get food

One of the largest estates in Lokogoma Abuja. Its a great place to reside. Though the access roads to the estate isnt great, the inner estate roads arent bad at all. And while the entire estate isnt exactly fenced all round, theres some level of security within the estate enough to provide safety. commercial bicycles run within the estate providing a pedestrian alternative. Theres good supply of electricity and water.
