A bit difficult to locate partly because there was no signpost. Besides, Google direction was off by about 100 meters. It indicated arrival at destination before reaching the hotel. Parking space and lobby are too small

The hospitality was bad and the hotel is out of date and they are also scammers.I paid for my lodging via their POS But they said they didnt get and I had to paid again. Before I received alert of the both debit, meanwhile I had to meet up with my flight that very day. They said they will send it back, I kept calling for my money but they kept saying they will send. Till date they held my money and dont pick my calls anymore. They can not be trusted as they are criminals.

Not good enough, what is obtainable is different from is displayed on their website.

Renovation needed, most rooms dont have working water heater..had to switch between 4 rooms , poor bathroom drainage, a/c blowing dust , non challant staffs and receptionist....light keep tripping off and on periodically, water running out and they have to beckon on gateman to pump... good location though.. but visit if you wanna prove me wrong..my visit date ..april 2021..property needs total over hauling and receptionist and the other workers there needs training...

Me and my partner arrived in the evening and we were greeted by the ambience of the hotel. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. Dinner arrived an hour later, everything was like a design. The walls, the interior as a whole was very creative and so was the arrangement of the furnitures.The next day, the lobby man informed us that we would be moving to a bigger room for our comfort.As excited as we were, we still werent prepared for the new room which had a sitting room and a bedroom. Comfort never felt better. An hour later, we had breakfast_ delicious food!I hope you enjoy your stay😉

Conducive, cool and serene environment. A.C chilling.Nice restroom. Got and cool shower, affordable compared to other facilities around. Deserved a 5 stars from me but for the fact that network was down on my mobile while in the room but their free WiFi made up for that in a little way...Ill definitely consider revisiting whenever Im around Abuja central area.

Is a place to be with your family and friends

A very serene environment with very nice amenities, the staff are amazingly wonderful. Food is on point the lounge is awesome and they have got 24 hour uninterrupted power supply. There is comfortable car hire services with their cars fully air conditioned.I would advice anyone to stay there when visiting Abuja or even having a weekend getaway.

I dont know if it is the location but it doesnt seem like an hotel at first glance. Theres no sign post to direct your ride.Nevertheless, the interior is cool. Rooms and bathrooms are neat and comfortable.Oh food is quite expensive. You could order your meals or eat out.

1st thing: friendly front desk staff. The room I stayed in was cozy and neat, though the hot water wasn’t working- I was informed though cos I wanted the room because it was a bit bigger than its contemporaries of same price- light was ok.. the major snag was lack of parking space... you need to come and re park for another guest to leave...But overall, a nice stay and they had lovely paintings too.

This hotel is such a pleasant surprise. I was not expecting much. Its kind of hidden, between residential buildings in a quiet neighbourhood. Quiet rest? Check. Service delivery is attentive, responsive and takes quick correction. And the best part of all: its prices are so moderate, I thought I was seeing things. Food is moderately priced, same for drinks. Services such as laundry very fair as well. Sheets are clean, space is smartly demarcated bar a few mistakes. The desk and chairs could do with changing though. And room light flickered from time to time but asides that A1!

Good hotel with modern day amenities. Owner ready to listen to your feedbacks. However hotel is difficult for a new person to locate chef needs to improve the bedrooms needs more upgrade, especially the mattresses.

The place is okay. The staff are nice and courteous... Tony the barman explained BBN housemates and the politics happening on screen as well as the humourous from Twitter.The stairs and rooms have rugs which obviously have been in use for a while and needs proper vacuuming or replacement.Summarily, decent place for the price.

Good receptionists, good rooms, but matress not comfortable, I forget my juggers paint there and could not be found when I return back few weeks later, thats not too good

I really enjoyed my stay. the rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy and there was constant electricity and water. The internet also worked great.

The rooms are okay, and the pricing is reasonable, but beware of the kitchen and other hidden charges, if you absolutely need to stay here, just get a room and get every other thing like food from outside. A reasonable meal will set your wallet back at least #3500

Hotel is OK. Rooms are OK too not so big tho. No Cellular network at the reception. I felt extremely cheated when I was made to pay double the usual fare for a taxi the hotel provided to take me to the airport. Was really disappointed, that alone would make me never go back there.

Very poor services, you need to keep calling and calling before an issue can be fixed. My hot water line leak in the night, so I had to isolate it at the heater outlet. In the morning I reported it. It was around 1pm they came to look at it and it was resolved around 4pm.

Great Hotel, very clean and welcoming.

Its actually a nice place. Rooms are neat and soft on the eyes, clean and serene surroundings, good and courteous service. Wi-Fi is surprisingly okay for an open Wi-Fi. I was able to do most of my researches using it. Power is constant, I never noticed the switch from PHCN to Generators. Had a faulty light bulb which was fixed on reporting it. Room service also prompt and courteous. Why 1-star less? Meals are rather pricey. This seems like the norm with hotels, but then they need to go easy on pricing. An overall enjoyable stay. Will definitely recommend and use again on my next visit.
