A good place to stay and relax body and soul..

It is a nice place. If you pay for the gym, you get access to the pool. Price is 15k per month. Their food doesnt taste the best but affordable. I have had their smoked fish, pepper soup (fish and meat)from where I arrived my point.If you just want to swim, its 1k NGN for adult and 500h NGN per child. The reception is classic with a cheerful front desk person. I didnt lodge so I dont know about that.Good parking space and security is available. They also have a bar at the galary and another with a show glass facing the pool (if you just want to watch your loved ones play in the pool without leaving your stomach to chance) you sit in there entertain your self while watching them through the glass.Only thing I didnt like was the classy shade they had with a standard pool side sofa, all removed and replaced with a wooden shade (maybe they wanted to accomodate more people than remain classy) as it is really the only clean outing spot around Dawaki area in Abuja.

Poor staff attitude, uneccesary rules like only one guest in a room can swim or use the gym even if you are two in the room, salty food and no discount for staying for 5days. Soo sad

Aaliyah Royal Hotel is a nice place in the heart of Dawaki, Abuja. The direction to this place is almost directly opposite the main entrance gate of Gwarimpa. Aaliyah Royal Hotel has two sections - the hotel section and the pool side. At the pool side, you have a standard swimming pool for adults and a smaller one for children who wish to swim. Swimming for non-residents of the hotel goes for 1,000 Naira on a regular weekday but goes for 1,500 Naira on Sundays. Drinks of all types are available as well as food - continental and African. Also available is grilled fish and peppered meat. The environment is generally cool but can be filled up on sundays or if theres a party. If hanging out is your thing, then Aaliyah Royal Hotel has got you covered. Drinks seem slightly pricey though. Kind regards 😊

A very nice environment, n very comfortable to chill, but have a very poor bar service and very poor management. Staffs are very unorganized and they don’t have a good customer relation service. The barbecue fish tastes very terrible, I asked for a barbecue fish n ended up getting a boiled fish with an awful sauce.

Spic and span.The place looks lovely. Rooms are neat.Only drawback is an access road. Im sure that will be fixed in good time. The gym is topnotch and standard.Its a pretty new place so in good time, and with regular maintenance, well see how it goes.The first hotel in the Dawaki axis that Ive seen of good standard.

I give Aaliyah Royal Hotel a 5star due to the near perfect quality of services they provide and very hospitable staff. Even though the hotel is situated in Bwari which is a suburban area it surpasses the quality of a lot of other hotels in the city centre of Abuja. It is also a very nice spot for hangouts and social events

Lovely place with pocket friendly rates for a standard hotel. It offers:Comfortable rooms with spacious toilet/bathrooms,Two Events Halls that can sit 150 and 100 banquet style,Restaurant,Well equipped Gym,Swimming pools for both adults and children,Mini mart, and of course a Bar.Room rates from N8,500; bit believe me its worth like double the amount!Located in a quiet part of town, suitable for corporate seminars, training/workshops.

Very terrible customer service. Their staff are the absolute worst. Went there to enquire about some of their facilities and the reception I got was terrible. Dont even get me started on the security men 🤧 never again!!!

Aaliyah Royale... Hotel is a wonderful place to be, its world class, the swimming, the gyming center everywhere is so beautiful, I love the place.

Located at dawaki but classic. It is good for a hidden get away. Quite and cosy.

The building and facilities are great however they need to look into the housekeeping.

Their food is so bad and tasteless and then poor customer service. Smelly rooms. The tap was not working too. Not a good place.
