Absolutely nothing close to the description I read about it before. The staff are courteous..and that is where it ends.The doors at home looks better, the bathroom looks dirty and its absolutely in the middle of no where. No shop to buy anything around. The bathroom looks like it has never been washed with dark spot all over it. I feel quiet disappointed and also deceived

The hotel is certainly above average, it is one of class, the service too was wonderful, all the room facilities were still working well, very good food and polite staff, the only improvement is that it is not a good sight to view down from room 223 window, Reno should dispose their general wastes beside their water tank promptly.

The best place to be. Definitely going back any time am in Abuja. The food is on point too.

A nice hidden jewel less than 4 minutes drive from the upper-class Maitama District. Has all the bells and whistles that can be expected from a business hotel. Along with big conference rooms and swimming pool. A perfect hideaway from prying eyes.

This hotel has possibly a long list of need to improve things. Building a Nice Property need not turn it into a hotel. The facilities (operational) and the service turns into a good hotel.First the Bathroom room refuses to close, the bathroom light kept on blinking, no bath mats, work table didnt have a plug point, everytime you order food, one need to pay immediately (why cant we pay at the time of checkout). It take quite a while to get a simple cup of tea. By the way, the intercom voice is so low that you can barely hear the other person. No smoking zone outside the hotel building.The staffs in general were actually good. The problem is with the management I guess.

Hotel staff be acting like you did not pay. I mean the food is great and the facility is beautiful but I still retain that the staffs have a long way to go in their service delivery. A beautiful space is not enough

Nice place... Not seen much but I like what Ive seen so far... I enjoyed the poolside with family, have checked out the gym... its alright! Halls for small occasions are fine. Nice quiet neighbourhood. I should try the food next time Im there! Decent experience!

Hotel Reno is exquisitely furnished hotel. With so many relaxation facilities; Lobby Bar, elegantly put restaurant, well equipped fitness centre, and royal looking swimming pool. Its serenity something to behold

Poor customer service. Security guards and gate keepers were absent as at time visited on 18-10-2021. A car was parked in front of one of the gates blocking access. Very poor

Hotel is average with a nice pool and courteous service. Had a party of over 30 people from hiking a trail and they were able to correctly take our orders and it came out fairly quickly. A little bit hard to find but the serene environment makes up for the troubles of locating the place

Google map direction is poor.But easy to locate from Nicon junction by taking a walk.

The best part was the pool

The gym instructor was very rude. So, I live close to Hotel Reno,my family and friends are no stranger to the pool. Covid 19 happened and we havent been there in a while. I went there today with my daughter and friends, we were not sure if the price had changed from a thousand naira. I decided to ask the receptionist, Monday. Is the price still N1,000? He said yes. Can I pay after swimming? He said Yes. I was about to go in with my daughter and the gym instructor stopped me. He barely spoke English. He was rude and nasty. I asked to speak with the supervisor and asked that the gym instructor tenders an apology. Either Dele Or Friday attended to me and the gym instructor proved stubborn and couldnt apologise. Too proud? Do not work in a service organisation that deals with people everyday if you cannot be polite or apologise.i still await my apology.

Horrible hospitality business... Their chef needs to be sacked... Only African soup, they get 60%, others 30% or below

Massively underrated hotel. Its arguably one of the bets hotels in Abuja. A preferred destination for me. The food from the restaurant is also decent. The grill by the pool side makes one of the best catfish youll have.
