A residential home converted to an hotel wont give a good judgement of either the hotel is good or not because it wasnt originally built for hotel.Very cheap price for long stay.At least they have Power Generator as backup to run electricity when there is light out.Very dirty gate entrance, like a refuse dump. No wheelchair parkingNo wheelchair access to the buildingTiny parking space that cant take up to 6 cars at a time.Generally, I would say it is for people with intention for long stay because of the cheap price.

The hotel looks good and their service is quite okay because all those I booked the hotel for had no regret at all.

The room was big.... That was all. No fridge, no phone to communicate with the front desk. I had to insist before I was given toiletries. The advertised WIFI and complimentary breakfast is a scam. My room was not cleaned throughout my stay. The bathroom was awful .... The drain was filthy and there were even cobwebs in the bathroom.

This is an affordable place, neat also in the heart of Gwarinpa. It is a walking distance from H-medix where you can get supplies, and a beauty parlour/spa and other amenities just at your disposal.

Thus hotel is such a nice place to be cos of its conducive nature. The rooms are nice and affordable and generally their services are good.

Nice spacious room with great wardrobe to fit large luggages, they can improve with installing intercom for ease of communication.
