I love the environment. Beautiful and conducive. I love the live plants at the entrance of the reception. The event hall was also very okay. The hotel was accessible through Google map, luckily, that was how I was able to locate it. I would have posted the exterior pictures, but I couldnt because I took it with friends. I couldnt get any personal one.

Had a rough start because hotelsng messed up my reservation. But it was sorted and all in all good experience

Its been over 5years since my last visit and Their meals and standards are still 100% top notch.

Just a word. Comfortable!

The management and staff were up to the task of providing home away from home services.From the welcoming and smiling receptionists who do not allow personal problems affect their service delivery, to humble room attendants who go out of their way to assist room users, especially new ones, to the loyal manager who ensures customers are satisfied, and the beautiful kitchen and bar crew.

Very conducive and exquisite hotel

Cozy in nature, service delivery is ok although rooms are relatively small at high price. Assorted refrigerator although you take any and pay, beautiful marketing strategy have even seen in my traveling quest

The bed is good. Water flows well in bathroom. Some of the drinks & stuffs in fridge, have expired. The air conditioner in the room that I stayed in, is cooling well but only one free electric power socket in the entire room apart from the one that the fridge is connected to.

I had a great time. Friendly, caring staff. Samuel and his team really went out of their to make sure our group was comfortable. The location of the hotel is in a quiet peaceful area which I liked. Rooms are nice, though bathrooms a bit small. Food was nice.

Good place to stay in Abuja. Food is good, very friendly and welcoming front desk staff and marketing manager. Though room was not too spacious, it was great with very clean sheets. Bathtub was elevated, had to literally climb in. Good place. Highly recommended.

Apart from the size of the bathroom which was incredibly small and spelled discomfort maximally and the non existence of a gym facility in the building, all other aspects were great, location is fine at Area11, staff are great especially the receptionists, gorgeous ladies.Rooms are beautifully made & the fridge always tempting.I will love to be back here as i was told the gym is in construction, but not that room.

LOVED my stay here. The rooms werent special and in honest poorly planned and also there were not enough sockets. However, the service was so exceptional, I did not mind these things at all.I would definitely go back here. For the service at least.And the food was very good as well. Finger licking good which isnt really common with hotels worldwide, even.

Neat environment. Smart, happy and helping workers from the security post to the reception and to all department. Their new Hall quite awesome. Their food is not bad at all.

Nice place for relaxation

Nice place. Went for a workshop here and its impressive. Its neat and the cleaners are almost always on duty. Also the staff I encounter are quite courteous. I cant say much about the rooms though as I didnt lodge there but the facilities I used while at the workshop was functional and ok. Thank God for Google map which took me there.....!

Exotic place

Pros:It is clean and close to center and very polite and nice staffs. cons: the mattress,towels,and bedspread have not been replaced in years and are well beyond use by date, there is probably bed bugs in the room I got, cause I was itchy all night long.also the air conditions in the bar are not working and seems to have been broken for ages.i was in abuja when the temperature was between 26 and 37 degrees yet no plans was made by made by mgmt facilitate customers complains about it being too hot to enjoy hanging out in the bar.

The Hotel is just there. Not spectacular. The TV stations are limited and not clear enough, the Air Conditioner makes so much noise, the food order takes forever to arrive, ssoime staff are quite rude.
