This is the cheapest hotel Ive lodged in in Abuja. I lodged in the second suite on their list (dont remember what its called). Got a bargain of 14k for 2 days... Spacious and comfortable room for the price but dont expect electricity. Light comes on only at night. It was from 6pm to 3am the second night and it was very unpleasant. Plus to top it off, the refrigerator works as long as theres electricity. To locate this place was a bit difficult cos I was new to the area. Going there? From Arab road junction, just mention youre going to liberty junction. The hotel is on your right. I would have rated higher but whats the use of lodging in a place with less than 12 hours of electricity?

Easy to locate along Arab road by byazhin junction, Kubwa.

I wish I could add pictures but, room was dusty, saw staff items in the wardrobe curtain was hanging toilet brown and like wise bathtub I was stranded and had no choice but to stay over. Overall the room I was in was a mess and this is no exaggeration

Poor service , stuffy rooms & delay in putting on the generator when theres no light , so u can suffocate in the room . Management doesnt listen to complaints

The passage floor is too dusty and the receptionist is not polite

Bedsheets are not cleaned and fresh. Staff lack courtesy. No reading table in most of the rooms. Most of the rooms have issues with either lighting or heater in the toilet.

It was an extremely relaxing experience.
