The environment cool but the aspect of food very poorInfact I was so disappointed when they served me with a poor jellof rice and chicken.

Bespoke Boutique Hotel with great ambiance, tastefully furnishings and the decor layout boasts of detailed perfection.There is a beautiful lounge area, a studio, a bar and an inhouse dj that keeps the beats rolling.A beautiful getaway, I highly recommend.

The place is cool but I left my money with them (5k Change for food) they collected my details and promised to refund back my money after 24hours and this is already one week. They are not trustworthy.

Nothing works in this hotel! No Dstv, No Wi-Fi, rooms are not properly maintained. They dont change the bedsheets until after 3 days. Dont replace toiletries. The most annoying part, is that they charge really high for such cheap service.I booked online thinking the pictures I saw online were their reality but was rudely awakened.I stand corrected, this place is not run as an hotel but as a short-let apartment

Quiet cozy exclusive hotel in is class. Security conscious safe and beautiful place to stay. Well patronized by exclusive class.facilities are up to date and rooms are wonderful delights. The restaurant service and menus choice need improvements though the food taste good when availablePlan to wait or oder on time if the decision is to eat in house. It is a la carte. No out door bar and no life music. It a quiet smart get away place in unmarked building but fully branded in every sense. Room rates are average to slightly above average without prior deal. Enjoy your stay.

Room was really tiny but had all a guest would need. Leaving a 3 star because we got calls about room service bills we knew nothing about and even got a call for a bill that was already paid and it was annoying. Quite a tiring stay i would say.

Loved it.... But the only problem was that the break fast I wanted wasnt available... #English breakfast

Rich-Bridge hotel is a good place. Good staff and wonderful response.

Horrible hotel. Rooms not cleaned and even when you ask for it to be cleaned after a long day out, they do not attend to you until after an hour. Yet no apologies for the horrible service
