Nice place to be with Serene environment

The place is okay, but constantly smelling choky, dont know why they tolerate persons smoking in the rooms

Its good very good lodging, ample parking space, poolside, bar and other attachments that make a hotel worth staying in, and its located in a serene environment thats easily accessible.

The staff are friendly and are willing to make your stay comfortable. The food is nice although it is a little pricey. They have 23hrs 30mins power supply.

They have good and clean rooms. But not too customer friendly. No ♿ wheelchair access. Car park is not spacious.

Comfortable place to hangout. I did not lodge but had a meeting within the premises and everything was cool. The waiters are quick to respond also.

Lois Hotel is situated at Gwarinpa Estate Abuja.It is easy to locate and you could always ask the locals for directions. The have a real cozy bar, with a wide variety of drinks at a real affordable price. Lois Hotel also has a very nice kitchen and restaurant with good chefs and cooks that offer a wide range of local dishes and intercontinental cuisines all also at an affordable price,and I must say also very delicious. They also have fully furnished rooms for those of you looking for a place to lodge! Really swell place to go for a week end hide out. Many well trained staff at your service ready to take care of your needs. I always stop by Lois Hotel for its cool ambience when ever I want to chill. Do drop by whenever you are around this axis and experience the thrill of Lois Hotel.

Nice environment, need to improve the service especially the toilet, customers relations. The standard rooms need improvement as well. Choking smells of cigarettes was perceived and not every customers can relate with that.

Beautiful Hotel with good facilities. However, the staff lack attitude appropriate for hospitality business. Starting from the security at the gate to the receptionist to the stewards and even porters. Service delivery is below average, very poor . The staff aint cautious at all. The owner of this beautiful hotel needs to put the mgt in check or else, the hotel will be managed to death. Waste disposal system is terrible. The room had dirt in d waste paper bin even after cleaning and a guest had checked in. Used tissue paper on the table. Dirts are thrown away on the floor just by the generator house. No proper waste bin

Cute little hotel tucked in a little quite corner of Gwarimpa. The hotel has sweet interior lighting and decoration. The ACs are cold and silent. The bed is comfy too.Service is not commensurate with quality of hotel. The security man the gate is never around and when around seems nonchalant. The front office staff is so bored that he goes outside to stand. Food Plates carried outside will be there till the janitors come the next day.Drinks sale for twice the popular side prices. I will however recommend the hotel if you want a clean, quite and comfortable place to pass the night. Also transportation is readily available here by charter or cabbie on the street.
