The space is spacious. The location is cool. The neatness is commendable. But the responsiveness of staff and the delay is a major turn off, as well as the quality in taste of the meals. While the snacks are very commendable, the food needs some work. But here is the worst thing - the staff shifts turns on the price of a meal. You are told a price and later someone else calls to say no, and gives you a higher price. You are forced to pay because its probably late at night. Everyone expects a tip. Worst still, the Manager has no grip at the crisis.

My go to hotel in Abuja. Nice breakfast, serene environment and decently furnished rooms. Room service is great and menu is wide ranged. I will definitely recommend this place anyway anytime. Be sure to book ahead. Room availability is always competitive.

My family and I spent 3 lovily day here and it was wonderful. Nice gym, beautiful rooms. What I loved most was the morning buffet meals, very affordable. I urge you to try it, it doesnt matter if you are lodged in the hotel or not, you can come for the buffet breakfast meal, you will love it. Another add-on is their service, very good. The general cost of the hotel is pocket friend and if you want a great discount you can negotiate. Do try Dennis Hotel, you wouldnt regret it.

Needs an uplift, but staff are polite and prices are moderate for a hotel in the busy area of Wuse 2. Traffic on the street during weekdays because of the school down the road is a concern though.

They have different sizes of halls good enough for meetings. Buffet is okay. A bigger car park would have been better. Overall, its a good hotel.

So I spent just a night here so this is based on that. I liked that the hotel has good welcome attitude at the entrance, the ambience is pleasing and somewhat spacious inside. The reception on that day wasnt warm. I got a sense of insensitivity. This was at 10am by the way. They made up for it in the room. It was cozy, relaxing and comfy. Disappointed with the sort of TV screen; if I was staying more than a night, Id be bothered. The food was ok. The regular kinda breakfast buffet youd expect served buffet still though. Nice. Id recommend based on this review and the fact that it is located in a quiet area. Its pretty quiet in the evening.

Denis hotel was very nice, I loved it there.From the hospitality, the foods there, room cleaning, laundry though I didnt explore that aspect but my friends did.A night also comes with free breakfast.

Good and quiet location, not far from important business hubs in the city. The rooms are spacious and staff are friendly, ready to help. In terms of accesaibiy, the entrance is accessible and there are ramps in some important areas. Theres elevator to all the floors.

The hotel is okay, but they are stingy with food, go+ to the dinning room 7:30am, almost everything was finished. Without for over 30mins, before they bought the refill :(

This is a nice hotel located inside town in a calm area, it has a swimming pool though small and also have nice meeting halls. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The staff members are always very neat and professional. Customer care is good.
