Their food is super delicious, they offer different kinds of food on their buffet. If I go back, its especially because of the food 😆Its a good hotel with plenty and spacious suites, meeting rooms and halls.The Internet facility is also strong. I couldnt use the swimming pool during my stay but the view is such to behold.

Hawthorn Suites is a nice hotel, I enjoyed my stay there. I particularly love their Swimming Pool side, I actually spent an entire Saturday there just relaxing and watching people have fun. The Staff are quite friendly and helpful; I love the fact that their rooms all have microwaves and some even have Coffe Makers for coffee lovers; the rooms on the first floor where I stayed are lovely, and another highlight for me are the beautiful artworks on all the floors- I later realised they used most of those paintings to cover water piping- so innovative and beautiful. Theyd however need to improve on their food, as the dishes are mostly below expectations. Sanitation should also be improved on- their towels not so new; I survived that because I always travel with my own towel. 😊

Hawthorn was really cool. The staff were warm. The convenience was clean, pool and gym were lit. Food was good, a large Cot was available for my baby to use all through, it was a good experience an Ill definitely return.Just change the curtains and let the TVs be clearer. And youre good to go. Thats all.Its a YES for me.

Had a 5 day stay. Absolutely enjoyed everything about it. Enjoyed the Ramadan package. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was very comfortable. Enjoyed the complementary breakfast and dinner as part of the Ramadan package. Access to the gym and pool. A 24hr spa. Security conscious. Only guests can go up in the elevator using their room key cards. Everything on point!My only suggestion would be to look into changing the curtains in the rooms but its definitely not a deal breaker. Other than that, I absolutely loved my stay and didnt want to leave. Will definitely be going back.

The gym is nice and that instructor (Ahmed) is simply exceptional and knows his job. The pool was amazing.Back to back the breakfast was a hit. Absolutely delicious!!! Dinner was made and delivered for royalty...The rooms were really nice and colorful thanks to the art work.They just need to change the blinds in the rooms...at least I can only speak for the Queen Suite.The elevator is functional.The security is heightened...one literally needed to be an in-house guest to have access to most services/facilities using the key access.The staff at the reception and restaurant were really warm.To top it, that manager needs an award for being so professional!!!Infact, 100,000 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham and its management.Great job!!!

The suite include a sitting area, a kitchen area, a sleeping area and the bathroom.The room is okay for the price. The bathroom can be cleaner. The kitchen area is my favorite part of the suiteAn update:I had an early flight and I woke up 6am to take my bath but the hot water wasn’t working. I called the reception and he informed me that their hot water system was faulty, and they would bring hot water in a bucket.As awful as that sounded, I agreed. Didn’t receive the water at 6.30am. I had to use cold water to bath as I didn’t want to risk missing my flight. The hot water in a bucket came in after I had finished dressing.So I changed my review to 2👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Did not spend the night here but the pool is really good. Price is right and the staff know their job (though not as friendly as you w oh would expect). Their meals are a bit on the high side but tasty.The interior and exterior are clean and well taken care off.

A lot has changed since the last time I visited. The reception ambience is improved. The elevator has security features that permits only in-house guests to use it with their cards. Corridors are well lit with beautiful African Ankara print designs. I happen to use the stairs that took me to the back of the hotel, the trash was scattered and smell pugnacious. Guys, deal with that quicker.

Stayed here on 13 November 2020 night and was given room no 141 ( swimming pool facing). It was like a semi-suit kind of room and quite wide and spacious. 2 TVs, in-room microwave etc are there but I didn’t enjoy my stay due to following reasons:TV channels were all blurry and only selected channels offered. Called maintenance guy but even he couldn’t fix it. No toilet/shower mat, only single towel in the toilet and shower is placed in such a way that the water overflows from the shower section to the washbasin area. Flow of shower water was also low and mixing of hot & cold water was difficult. PABX phone looked dirty as well.I have rated 4 star due to following reasons:1. Courteous set of staff and extremely helpful front desk2. Breakfast was very good with nice ambiance3. Reception, hotel entrance and overall ambiance were very goodThey need to improve in the areas where I faced serious challenges.

All in all, a good hotel. Well maintained however, a major renovation work might have been due (due to age).

Nice hotel definitely need some remodeling, staffs are very nice, breakfast was good, the power kept being on and off you only have 1 for everything such as towels toilet paper, there is no iron in the room need to request from front desk, internet has been slow from time to time, not far from downtown area overall everything was great.
