Ayalla hotel is just there like any other regular average hotel in average Nigerian cities. Most of The bathrooms bath tub have leakage. They still use old model Air conditioners that are quite noisy and interferes with your sleep. You are forced to choose from their regular breakfast which they make Available (mostly yam/stew or oat). Drinking Water is not even included in the breakfast.Dilapidated and faded chairs in majority of the roomsBut the hotel staff are approachable and well mannered. They have a good gym. They are below standard of a 3.5 star hotel.
This is situated in Area 11....adjacent Onyx hotels...Good hotels with a small parking space but a nice hotel though..
Ayalla hotel is a great you will love to be you have good security school receptionist with great view and I was happy being there.
Dont go there. Couldnt sleep all night due to AC malfunctioning. Porous customer service
Okay! I was surprised to find out that this hotel has been in business for a while.Great ambience and reception. If you are looking for a calm hotel in the heart of town, you should think Ayalla Hotel. Sorry, I didnt take pictures,. maybe next time 😊
Rooms are fair, respectful and pleasant staff. Not so wonderful food.
Cozy environment with polite staff. Excellent facilities like swimming pool, pool game, and exquisite dishes in the restaurant
Good experience.Offers filling complimentary breakfast.Opportunity: Quick response to requests, e.g.,request for meal receipts.
Awesome place to lodge, cosy always, gives a feel of being right at home.
Minimal effort towards customer care
Good customer services, well laid beds, good water heaters
It swimming sequence it perfectIndeed a perfect place to have fun
Its a wanabe 3 star hotel well equipped with basic amenities. Very calm environment and private. unfortunately not everything works and its a struggle with cooling.
Hummmm, its good have a very good place to enjoy yourself and your family and friends thanks
Located in a serene environment. Customer service is superb! Food is amazing!!! Definitely rated 5 star.
Good place to lodge
Quit and good location to meet
Hotel food and service great. Bedding comfortable with central air conditioner, not so bad bathroom. I really enjoyed my 1st day there and definitely will return for another stay when necessary. The only minus is the bad evening traffic... otherwise, it would have been a five star.
To be sincere its only somebody thats not here
Its a nice, friendly, accommodative and affordable place to be
Good ambience. Quite supportive staff.
Ambient environment, good reception and very helpful and cheerful staffs
Ayalla Hotels and suites Abuja is a very Exquisite and All-in-One hotel for accommodation, bar, and halls. We held our Developers Festival #DevFestAbuja here and it was awesome. The hall was neat and furnished and accommodated enough of the attendees. Even had extra halls for the breakout sessions. This is a good place to hold your meeting GS, seminars and conferences.
Do not have a large parking space. The hotel is ok. They also have an event centre.
Not bad.
Accommodation specialle!
Area 11 in the capital city of Abuja is the location, it is a modest hotel
Cool place to be
Nice place if you are looking for a hotel on a budget. I particularly loved their food, it was really delicious, homely and i paid about 3k naira. You should try it- top notch customer relations too
Enjoyed my stay
Neat and tidy mid-budget hotel in the central Abuja district. Staff are polite and courteous. The food could be better though
Nice hotel
Warm and friendly staff. Services okay for a 3.5 star hotel.
Poor internet connection
Good area view
Cool environment
Awesome hotel
Good venue to hold work trainings and workshop
An okay place, the facilities are surprisingly top-notch given that it doesnt really have much going for it in terms of adaptability to modern hotel management standards. The archaic systems they have in place there is quite glaring. I would really hesitate to recommend to high-profile guests. But for everyday people, its not bad at all, quiet, serene, courteous people and okay food.
Good

Good Hotel to relax
Excellent
Cool and cosy.
Good power supply , nice location and excellent helpful staff. The baby roaches everywhere almost ruined my experience . Have your room fumigated pls.
Not a bad place to lodge in for relaxation and conference or workshop
Decent rooms, quiet atmosphere, good complementary breakfast. It has a small gym and swimming pool. Nearby is Sahad Stores where you can get virtually everything you need to stay indoors for the weekend. An excellent saloon for your haircut, manicure, pedicure and other beauty care is also close. The staff are quite helpful. Its a place I recommend.
Classy. Befitting of a hotel situate in the Abuja City Centre. Cool pool spot, outstanding rooms and a decent car park.
The hotel is very clean and quiet. Their beds are comfortable just not enough tv channels
The is cool, their food is the best you can ask for. The services will make you come there again and again. A trial will convince you. Have a pleasant stay.
Wonderful
Cool serene environment with a lovely ambience...
Ayalla hotel was great for me. I liked the fact that I could have coffee or tea prepared by myself early in the morning.
Heard alot about it but was disappointed when I visited. Maintenance culture is poor. Could not spend a night despite a discounted offer on the rooms.Sad how such infrastructures are maintained to sustain standard.
I just went to eat and I must say their food is okHeard they have a rooftop pool side will check that out when next am there
Pool area could do with extensive cleaning and renovation
I came here looking for a swimming pool I could take my little girls to. It turned out they had one nice looking pool but it wasnt suitable for young children. The staff at the hotel were courteous and very helpful...practically gave me a guided tour of the place.Ive given it 4 stars because the place looked alright, members of staff from the security at the gate all the way to the couple at the reception were helpful, however, they didnt have exactly what I went looking for.
Facility has got an elegant touch. Calm and serene part of the city centre
Went there for a meeting. We had no problems. Extension boxes were available to plug our laptops, the internet was good enough. The breakfast and lunch were not bad, however there can be more variety for the fruits and vegetables.
Nice place
Quite street, safe environment
This is a 5stat hotel located in Garki Area 11 Abuja. It has exquisite environment. The rooms are big and tastefully furnished. The collect both cash and POS payment. They have bar, restaurant, swimming pool, shuttle cabs etc. It is great for family outing
Its a very nice place. Comfortable room and excellent ambience. Only issue is its a bit hidden.
Ok
Nice hotel. Calm environment and fine service
I have been here and the hotel doesnt corporate one made a payment system and didnt tell the other branch after assuring us to pay 15 days in advance and I did only to find out that there where trying to scam me and gave me 3days of my 15days payment.
Beautiful and well kept
Nice hotel
Serene and lovely place.
I think the facilities are really nice for the price range. Amazing staff too
Parfictly ok
Near excellent customer service. Nice and serene atmosphere. Rooms are beautiful, spacious and affordable.
If youre looking for value for your buck, I wont recommended this hotel. Amenities as basic as air conditioning dont always work. This place requires a makeover.
I attended the Global Fund Annual TB/HIV Program Review Meeting. The hotel is sort of hidden behind the attractive Bolton White Hotel. But the services at Ayalla can compete with the services from Bolton White (Ive been there before). We have several International Partners present and everyone seems to be okay with the services rendered.Internet service at the Hall was shaky though. Aside, It was fun place to be.Meal was awesome all though the period.
Ayalla met my expections. Good value for money. The staff are wonderful and very attentive and responsive to client care.
Good location. Clean rooms. Professional and friendly staff. Will definitely come back.
Okay place a bit affordable
Standard hotel, neat and courteous staff
A very nice hotel to be
Lovely Hotel. Great Customer Service.
It was a good experience, though it needs revamping, the staff are courteous thumbs up to that.
Pretty nice place to have events, for some reason events gravitate to here. The compound is as neat as youd expect. Good security, parking space.
It is an exquisite hotel behind Sahad Stores in Garki. Quiet and serene. The Wifi is a selling point - very fast and available everywhere within the hotel. Customised toileteries. Coffee/tea tray, 2 free customised table water in every room on check in.
Calm and serene environs.
My experience at Ayalla hotel was awesome. Good price for a place like that and they deluvered well. Will come over and over again.
Wow! The first time I logged in Ayalla was a wonderful experience. Very nice and peaceful environment with cheering Staff and comfort.
Overpriced. Towels are very dirty. Some staffs are very rude. You have to go look for the IT person to get wifi code and he gives it as if hes doing you a favor.
Very dirty. Bathroom smelled. So many better quality places for a budget price in Abuja. Never staying there again.
