Hotel is Good and well located. Restaurant services needs improvement. Maintained neat and clean. Tv only 6 channel are subscribed.

La Tervena on the 5th floor of the Statement Hotel offers spectacular views on Abuja, Nigeria central area. I particularly go there for the Sangria. Food is also good.

Statement hotel is not far from Abia house. It is near Kogi house (under construction) in Wuse II central area Abuja.

Nice Hotel, interestingly designed, its really a nice place

Hotel well located near the federal secretariat. A very nice view all around.But, expect a VERY BAD welcome at the reception by a staff that lacks professionalism. Also, the noise of the wedding reception on Saturdays can disturb the peace of the customers.The rooms are spacious and well equipped.Each person should make their own experience.

Nice interior.Courteous staff.Nice elevator and functional.Safety equipment right in place.Nice parking lot.The Location is good.COVID-19 protocols are obeyed.The road on the street the hotel is situated need repairs.Cars park infront of the hotel unchallenged.There is no wheelchair accessible way, however, the entrance is low and may not need wheelchair to enter.

Quiet, serene during the night, and also located in the heart of the city of Abuja.Easy to locate and access other places of business.Good also for your meetings.However, they have poor security services outside the environment of the hotel.

Located close to Abia house, I was there for a business meeting in one of the businesses in the hotel. it is a very beautiful hotel and the staff were very helpful.

Decent room space. Unreliable internet services, no complimentary breakfast and no gym.

Interesting place but the road is bit bad after turning off the highway.

I currently work in one of the offices here. The place is neat, their workers are nice and very polite starting from the security guards to the receptionists and other workers. They are very friendly. Office spaces are big and comfortable. Toilets and bathrooms are always clean and smells nice. Havent been to the rooms so dont have much to say about that but am sure itll be at its peak. Id recommend this place for anyone looking for an office and definitely a place to spend some days and cool off.

Services very good... Their rooms are great and affordable. You can go for the classic or business suites. Timely service and a Mexican restaurant at the Fifth floor. Also, there is an elevator.

Office & Residential mixed development. I gave this place 4 stars rather than 5 due to parking space issues.The hotel rooms on the other hand are serene & the staff are professional & courteous.Its location in the Central Business district is a big plus and is less than 4 minutes drive from the seat of power, The Three Arms zone that hosts the Executive, Legislature & Judiciary.

The statement hotel was a different experience. The suits and lodgings are just exquisite. The foods are sumptuous, clean and hygienic. The hotel staffs are Quite professional in their duties. The hotel greets you to a very warm reception.Security is controlled and safe.The hotel has a functional and steady power supply with. A functional lift system for easy of navigation.there is a lounge on the 3rd floor, for relaxation and leisure time.There seems to be a bar at the last floor. There are several halls of different sizes and and capacity. There is also a car hire service for visitors who visit without their automobiles.

Statement Hotel is spacious and comfortable. There are escalators and lifts to take you to the different floors. There is a big reception area and a beautiful swimming pool. The hotel is close to the Federal High Court and Abia State House. It shares a fence with the new FIRS office.

The structure is good but the services provided are not up to the standard especially the meals(food) that is served in the hotel

The customer service is commendable. Security is top-notch also. For visiting lawyers, it is just behind the Federal High Court so that cuts transportation for you. It is in central area so every other place is easily accessible from here.

Though it has a 2 minutes drive untidy road which makes it not to get 4 star rating.Statement hotel is among the newest hotels in Abuja and has a very good reputation among the rest of the hotels around its vicinity.

Clean environment, courteous staff. Used the conference services. They have good meeting rooms but need some help with events management. Great view of the city from restaurant on the 5th floor.
