I had received a message from the VFS visa application center that my application had been dispatched to UPS on Wednesday so I hoped I would receive my package the next day. I did not receive the package and didnt hear anything from UPS up till Friday morning and had to go to the office myself after duly paying for the package to be delivered at my residence.

The lady at the front desk is very warm and welcoming. She deserves a salary increase 😂. Generally, the reception was nice. Even if she was obviously tired from work, she still helped and made sure I got my package safely to the car. My package is in good shape too.

Easy to locate, fast service attention, but they lost my item and I’m waiting for them to rectify the issue 🥺

They called me to send my email for information, after receiving the mail, I replied without them replying my mail till I have to physically visit their office, calls to their phone numbers were not picked.

EXPENSIVE... I think the company is best for international deliveries but locally, I think their rates are quite high

Ups slowly losing customers. The riders are so rude and they lie about delivering your package. The offices are in tiny spaces.

Great customer relations. If you are picking a parcel on behalf of someone, please have a letter of authorisation from that person and a copy of their ID. Alternatively, have them send an email to UPS, authorising you to pick up their parcel, with a copy of their ID attached.

Very annoying courier service,don’t just understand their pattern,freight charges differ from tax & duty charges. They don’t even maintain good relationships with their clients.No calls or any form of reach out to explain issues.I’l never receive any parcel through that service again,I’ve learnt my lesson😫.

Horrible! I was supposed to receive a package from USA yesterday, they didnt deliver. I called the next day and volunteered sending my driver to pick up the package instead of waiting endlessly for their home delivery. After giving them the tracking number and all necessary details. They gave me their office address in Garki and said my driver can pick it up, on getting there, he was told that they dont have the item!! Very unprofessional and confused company, never again!!!

Terrible service. Almost scammed for my money twice. Told to pay delivery charges that sender already paid. Seriously, very poor service, you will regret doing business with them
