With only 2 customers ahead of me, Ive been here for over 30 minutes now, and when I mentioned that to one of the staff, all I got was we will attend to you soon followed by jests between the 2 staff at the desk while the other keeps roaming around pointlessly. Id love an explanation as to how only one member of staff is attending to us this early, as if we have nothing else to do with the day

DHL shipping Company both local and International delivery outlet is well organized in such a way that customers follow the due process of shipping goods or recieving package in orderly manners but the attendants sometimes are sluggish in carrying out their duty or should I say not enough workers to attend to their customers but in overall they are good and I have been using DHL to ship both in Nigeria and to other Countries. Shipping with DHL is not cheap so prepare yourself for that but in all the receivers are always satisfied and one thing I also love about DHL is their fast delivery services. If you are a business person that sells online I advise you to have an account with DHL to make shipping easier and affordable for your customers.

They kept to all covid19 protocols, use of nose mask, temperature check, contact tracing form, seat spacing etc. But there is a long cue, and slow process of attending to customer. You pick number as you arrive and you wait your turn to be attended to. They are open till past 5 pm and their services are impressive. You can pay via POS machine.

If I could give zero stars I would. Nobody behind the counter was wearing a mask. They took on average 27 minutes per person. Very unprofessional & just so sad overall to see this be the norm at this branch. I would advise you to find any of the other DHL locations in the city cause this is a one way trip to wasting about 1/2hrs of your day.

Im trying to give a balanced view here.In terms of accessibility, facilities, environment, parking etc, this place scored well. But on the day I visited, waiting time was terrible. I finally got in and figured out a contributory reason for the delay...lack of professionalism. One of the staff on duty was more interested in fulfilling her relocation dreams and spent so long interviewing her customer, rather than doing her work. Infact, she did get up from her seat to accompany said customer to get more details. I cant tell what the role of supervisors or Managers play in this organisation as I expected someone senior to have called her to order.This has been my only experience here so far, so for now, this is my opinion. Supervision of staff to improve turn around time is absolutely necessary.
