This branch has been here since time memorial. I wish i could have gotten my package from a closer branch but nevertheless the parcel is in good form and safely transported by good old DHL.

The experience was super poor. Had to drive all the way from Maitama to Central Area to pick up my item after it had spent 3 days in their office. The staff I met were discourteous, rude and unapologetic. I drove all the way and I was still kept waiting while the receptionist yelled for someone who never came. Super super poor service. Abysmal truly.

This people are scammers, do not use them,I sent a package from warri to Abuja, for over two weeks now they keep coming up with new excuses and that their courier is on the way to deliver for a whole week, they are lackadesical and have nothing to offer. Only God knows when they will deliver my product now ...

This DHL office is behind the Churchgate towers. It might be a bit difficult to locate for first timers though.

There is one lady at the reception.. Clearly overworked, and trying so hard all the time to attend to anyone in an orderly manner. I really can not understand why they have 1 attendant and computer at the front desk and so many poeple in the warehouse.

The phone number provided is not genuine. It is a mans number. Please do not fall for this mans scam. He will ask you to pay some money into his account before you can receive your parcel.
