Organised and structured logistic service company. They have a computerised system and they cover most major town in the country. They are fast and secure. They also have insurance plans to protect goods. Their tracking system is active and accurate. The deserve my 5 star.

Lovely environment but can be too rowdy sometimes. The logistics office is sometimes confusing. There’s another office at the street adjacent this one. I think it’s for pickup.Customer service can be better.

Polite staff, quick and effective service... However there are peak times as theyre very busy. I suggest going around 3pm

They are organized to the best of their ability, but they could be more- it took them a while to find my package. Also, I cant complain about the customer service, it was okay.

I made this report and after delaying me in the name of investigation, they told me I didn’t package my product properly before sending.... same product I sent over 20packs to port harcourt with another logistic means and they arrived intact... same product I even received from jos.. more than 30 packs and they arrived intact not one spillage... then it’s the 2packs I sent to Uyo using your delivery service is what leaked away and you telling me it wasn’t tampered with!! And you won’t be liable for the damage.. you guys have done your worst... you’ll meet your match! As for the female attendant I hope you find peace ooo... Bunch of incompetent and untrained staff... hungry ones at that!It’s not even as if the bottle was broken o.. noBut somehow one bottle leaked away and the other was intact and they have the guts to tell me i didn’t seal properly.. Your investigation is Trash!!!!!

I have always enjoyed using this service in utako, Abuja but the lady who attended to me today was not professional. She actually told me I should hurry up that she wants to close, as she was to close by 3pm. It was a few minutes past 3pm in such a rude way. I didnt engage her, I just ignored her rude comments and ignorant gestures.23rd May 2021.

My parcel was to was to be delivered to me on a Friday, I didn’t hear from the rider, begged gig to contact the rider, they claimed they didn’t have the rider’s contact. Imagine!!! How do you not have your dispatch rider’s number? I still haven’t gotten my parcel nor heard from the rider.

They’re so bad@ what they do and keep bad receptionist... imagine placing an order for the past 12days, it arrived and I didn’t get a notification message or calls from their center here in jos branch emerald plaza fwavei zaramaganda road, hence I constantly kept disturbing the company I ordered my products from, they literally told me that it has been delivered to them since.Apparently, I was sick and sent a friend there the same day for my parcel 📦 and I was charged extra 500 naira b4 releasing.Is this my fault that I didn’t pick up on time???

Only one person attending to about 10 people this time of year and the staff dont even care. in comparison to what we pay..its very poor. The Utako parcel office is very tacky too for a federal capital.. please you guys are more reputable than this.

One of the most incompetent delivery services Ive had to deal with recently. I paid to have items delivered to my office address in Wuse 2, only to get a text message saying I needed to come in with an ID card to collect my items or risk paying a holding fee of N100/day after 3 days. I come in the next day to pick up myself (bear in mind I had paid extra to get it delivered to me) and they tell me theres been a mix-up with the text messages and the items are actually out for delivery. This after driving to Utako from Kubwa SOLELY to pick up the items. So now Im leaving without my items, thanks to a drunk person sending out incorrect SMS

Worst Logistics I have ever used. Delivery was supposed to be doorstop delivery, delivery from Lagos to Abuja took 2 days. Delivery within Abuja took 3 days. And customer service agents were very unhelpful and uninformed.Very useless, rubbish and ineffective service.
