Very friendly staff. All my enquiries were answered politely, they took thier time to explain the rates for sending abroad, for type of packages available eg. A sizable envelope to Ukraine was NGN38,000 approximately. While sending withing Abuja cost me NGN3,050. The wait was orderly we were given numbers and spaced for COVID precautions. Numbers were called and they attended to customers swiftly.

Cool, well organized and they observe 90% of the COVID-19 precautions. The customer care is very friendly, attentive and beautiful. Shes good at multitasking and doesnt waste peoples time.

I used this service and I must say I wasnt expecting the reception nor the quality of service I received. The lady who attended to me made me feel relaxed (I thought she was gonna be rude) and the parcel I mailed arrived way earlier than stated so kudos to you guys

Although it is at the city centre, the office has traffic for the wrong reasons: there is only one person at the front desk. You will have to wait for your turn and God bless your soul that day if the network is terrible. You will be kept waiting without any feedback until you are too tired to stay.The service is one of the poorest I have seen from DHL.I would suggest that in a situation where there is traffic, another officer should be assigned to assist the main person.

The DHL office is on the first floor of a two-storey which also houses an eatery, mobile phones shop, etc. It is at Garki 8, opposite a former Skye Bank building (currently disused) and with its right side to Tafawa Balewa Way. Though the building looked untidy externally, the DHL office was clean and the staff was refined. Customers were also, as should be expected, promptly attended to.
