Cozy bed. Youll enjoy your sleep. But they need to work on the water, smells chemicals.

Dilapidated facilities. Toilet is neat and okay, shower and bath tub is not working as they should. A hotel that DOESNT put on the generator, relies heavily on Nigerias epileptic power supply, television, fridge in my room all not working. If you want where to pass the night while paying very low and not care much about your personal comfort, this is a place for you and thankfully I didnt lodge here with anybody.Wont be going back anytime soon!

Below, I was not given tissue paper,the bed spread was old and had patches of been torn, no small bowl to scumb water for bathing ,light not steady.The environment is loved pls.Thank you.Hope improvement would be seen next time on visit.

Ignobis hotel is located just by the major road along Kado Nasco road Kubwa. Its opposite faxx supermarket. There is wheel chair accessible entrance and parking. The hotel has many rooms from vips to vvips. It is easily accessible. It also houses a church. Different kinds of drinks ranging from beer, soft and brandy in the bar. There is a large parking space here. Roasted barbeque garnished with salad and chips is also available as well as sharwama. Live football match is shown here too every match day. There beer is from 400 Naira and above. Over all the place is a nice and comfortable place.

Apart from the cheap rate per room charges... the rooms seems to be too old and virtually needs total refurbishment.

The must popular hotel in kubwa FCT Abuja. Affordable, and easily accessible, the rooms are not tush anyway. Always busy with events and night sit out for drinks. It is located at phase 4 along GADO nasko way.

Good hotel along popular road in Kubwa

I can remember as far back as 2000-2004, living faith church kubwa started at the hotel, before the church moved to where it is now.Several of my friend also had their wedding reception there. The customer service was top-notch, its been a while visited though but it was a good hotel.

Good hangout

I went there, ordered a plate of pepper soup, after 5 minutes, it was brought to me. Big meats ,nice and tasty. There was even a bottle of ketchup on their table. Nice service. A three star rating for me.

My worse experience so far.

Used the outdoor bar during the evening. Ambient was decent. Music was available but often too loud for convenience. Good for those yearning for loud popular music. Parking spaces were available but limited in numbers.

Ignobis Hotel is almost as old as Kuwba itself but have remained relevant as a spot for relaxation and entertainment. The hotel is a little bit Old School especially with their facilities but their outdoor entertainment is quite impressive.
