The building is good but the space need to b cleared

Trade Fair road Mabera Mujaya old airport is cool, the people are friendly

Trade fair complex is not a lodging. It is a large fenced open ground. More or less stadium without fan stand. No inter locks. Not really secured.

Its a lovely place for rehearsal and I enjoy reading on it peak before a policy to lock its gate was introduced and photographers also love having photo shoot there.

Quite a hotel with cool coconut trees/Garden Areas and good parking zones

It used to be the venue for the annual Trade Fair in Sokoto. Since the Trade Fair no longer holds, the complex and compound has been mostly deserted.Truck water vendors (mai ruwa) come to the compound to get water and people come to wash their cars too.In the evenings, young people come out to skate and ride their bicycles in front of the gate.
