Secure gate with security guards, tarted road, spacious, a mosque, enough flats, trees etc.

Old cbn quarters was formerly an estate for cbn staff. But now sold out to private investors. The estate is well located, well secured and the flats are spacious with cross ventilation. Also the quality of the building is Good. I will advise any would be tenant not to herbour any doubt about moving in to the estate.
