This place surpassed my expectation. It wasnt high on my list but I was later happy I chose it. I love the decor of the reception and the room. And the rooftop bar was everything I needed that night too. It is very cost effective.

Good for flings but they can do better on building maintenance.

..i will start to say that its an average Hotel.. well one of the best i have seen in Sapele.Always flowing with security personnel and all..Then there is a gym centre in the annex building just very close to the building..You need to be registered if you coming to use the gym from outside. But free to people lodging in the Hotel.Gym: Most equipment are damaged but still there are enough equipment to use.

Excellent service plus meals are served on time.

I love love love this place. The cozy bar area, the rooftop deck, the gym, the very friendly staff. Its perfect place to relax and work up a sweat too😉.

The management of the resort have tried to create an home away from home experience. The Staff are courteous and always ready to help. I would recommend the kitchen any day, The serve a variety of dishes local to the area, as well as continental varieties. The have an expansive gym that includes a space for basket ball. The game room is also one huge space.

The environment is pleasant, beautiful arrangement and business idea but then the staff bartender is nothing to write home about.

Godwin Paul Hotel is the name of this Hotel. Its a nice place but seem a bit expensive. Not much parking space too

Poor maintenance in the rooms, light are broken and its takes a while to switch the gen on.

This place is actually a place to be..Ill recommend again and again

I must say ..it is a very Comfortable place to be...the rooms are perfect, the Service is cool and the Roof top bar is the best ....Uall need to try the place ..u wont regret it ..
