Good attempt at restructuring but the ghost of the old hotel jumps forth in the room with archaic air conditioning and design.Loved the morning meal tho

Good hotel, but has a lot to work on, although Ill give a pass considering that the infrastructure might be old, the room services also needs to be worked on, telephone not working properly in some rooms, and y dont u have a vip lounge???

Affordable with good parking space, they offer varieties of services such as restaurant, laundry and a very active bar (where you can hangout).

Room service was terrible , kitchen was the worst I asked for scrambled eggs and what I got was terrible to make it worst it took over an hour to make scrambled egg like seriously. Also the bathroom was not clean well the only thing I would say is good about the hotel is the club they have .

The rooms are unbelievably big for the price and beautiful too.For 10k you can get a suite, complimentary breakfast which is only served at the restaurant and constant room service. Power is stable.The hotel is big and well managed, the staff are pleasant, the ambience is not so quiet on weekdays, but Id give this hotel 5 stars.

Its a nice place for relaxation.

Richards continental is made up of 2 blocks A and B. with huge parking space. It looks quiet and peaceful during the day but t attracts a young and lively crowds in the evenings and especially weekends. Parking space becomes an issue in the evening due to the guests visiting the outdoor bar. The rooms are non smoking and you will have to go to the poolside to smoke.

Its a nice hotel. But its known for its awesome bar. If you visit the city its a place you will want to visit.its not adviceble to take kids there. Basically adult place, you also find lots of girls who want to get hooked up by guys. Basically one of the reason boys go there.

Not exciting.

First of all took me over 10 minutes to get into the premisis after driving over 5 hours from Lagos, Nigeria. Finally got in after booking a room, only to get into the room and there was a damp stench from water sipping onto the wall. As if this was not bad enough, I called the reception to have the room service to come check it out. You need to hear the time the front desk staff spoke to me. I waited for the room service guy and eventually slept off. Thank God I woke up to meet my telephone as I slept off with the door open. Companies need to be careful the people they put in the front desk. It goes a long way in projecting the company.
