Nice residential housing estate along Peter odili Road. Road network inside the estate is very nice, security is on high alert, you literally wont be let I if you dont live there or have no business there, environment is serene. What I loved most was that there were lots of trees and flowers like the name rightly said giving the environment a calm feel.

Top estate with lots of beautiful houses, the security is standard, visitors cant enter the estate without appointment. The environment is calm with spacious road networks, but the roads needs rehabilitation because i saw few potholes and potholes are bad for top estate like this, apart from that, the estate is top class

It was love at first sight😊The most impressive for me is their security system; its very thorough and no slouching from their security operatives.The scenery, the estate arrangement, the peace and quiet, the quality of people there... Trans amadi gardens is one of the best living Estates in the city of port harcourt. It’s a Federal Housing Estate but now privately managed. It consists about of 3 bed room row duplex, 4 bed room semi detached duplex and 5 bed room detached duplex. With space at the back for a boys quarter. It is generally, peaceful, safe, with good light and adequate security. It has good tiled road to get to the estate and within the estates, so you can always come out for a walk or jog, early hours of the morning and even late at night.It has a school within, a guest house and many offices.All houses have been sold out since over 5 years ago but there will definately be some houses up for rent or houses that would like to be sold by owners themselves.

Awesome place and environment, but those security guys are the gate no get respect.You can still do a good job and respect those that come around.However, they are well organized.

Thats one Estate in Port Harcourt that I love so much. Its really a beautiful place to live or visit. The security here is great and theres also a customized internet service for residents. I like the maintained uniformed look of the houses. The ambience of the environment is therapeutic. Also it is a plus that there are schools inside the estate. What I think they need is a police post, laundry and a grocery store.
