This is a cool estate in Government Reservation Area (GRA) Phase 3 in Port Harcourt City, Rivers State. It is largely residential, though there are a couple of some commercial/non residential buildings or apartments there like hospital, school and hotel.The place is very neat, safe and calm.The hospital at the Estate, Ponyx Hospital is a very superb hospital. Their facilities are contemporary and their services very satisfactory.You will enjoy your visit or stay at the Estate.
