A 3* hotel with a classic buffet for every meal... I enjoyed the breakfast especially... It looks like the hotel is under-staffed... I can see that sometimes theres no one to pick room service calls... All in all, its a good place to stay

Its a beautiful place, with a very good security measures put in place. The restaurant and services are good too, the rooms especially the bathrooms are beautiful and neatly taken care of they deserve 4 stars.

Serene environment,good food, courteous staff.it has a pool at the back. The rooms are always neat and the bedspread sparkling white. The rooms usually have a small hair hand dryer,refrigerator ,cabled Tv ,a safe lock,wardrobes and other expected toiletries to make your stay comfortable. The Patio is a beautiful place in the evening with the beautiful lights and live music.Although activities here seem to be skeletal lately as its been a quiet place for some months now compared to how it used to be .My chapter of the Full Gospel Businessmen Fellowship used to meet in one of the halls on the ground floor;Nonetheless, It is a well structured hotel ,and the it remains in a class of its own.

Always one of the best hotels one can recommend any day to anyone.

Didnt like: Reserved double room for two persons with breakfast - and was billed for a breakfast. Was given a free drink at the bar (but it was only good for beer, which neither of us drinks AND it was for only one drink for two persons!.Liked a lot: reception staff friendly and quick. Restaurant staff friendly and helpful and well trained. All staff neat and appropriately attired. Room was restful, furnished in soft neutral colors. Furnishings adequate. Bathroom well designed, plenty of hot water, towels and other useful items provided. Will stay again.

Always a friendly welcome, staff very helpful. Rooms clean and food very good (good selection available at breakfast too) and served quickly. Good improvements made to rooms, and outside area. Baggage scan machine could be bigger to fit all sizes of luggage. Wifi reception can vary throughout the hotel but when working speed is good.

This hotel is beautiful on all fronts.The environment is serene and warm. I particularly loved the miniature look of the room I booked..The bathroom as expected was super beautiful and exceptionally clean.My only issue was the meal. I didnt enjoy it but I would definitely visit again.

I was heading to a logistics company very close to Novotel when I remembered I am a Google local guide. So, I decided to stop by, move around and make a review. When I entered, the number of women I saw there marvelled me. I started asking questions and found out that a fair was scheduled to take place that morning.The security system in place in that hotel is top notch. Honestly, I doff my hat for them. That hotel is superbly secure.I tried interviewing some of the women there and found out that they didnt want their faces on camera.This hotel has a good ambience. I went into the hall where the fair was to take place and found out that they had already organised writing pads for the women. That is each participant was entitled to a file, 2 A4 papers, and a biodegradable pencil. The organisation really wowed me. So, if you have any conferences or trainings to organise (Im sure that particular hall can take up to 200 participants), do well to contact them, theyre very well organised.I couldnt eat there to know how their food tastes because it wasnt in my budget. 😁😁😁 You may just wanna take me out and ask me to eat so I can come back here to let you know how their food tastes. 😂😂😂

The decor and everything is nice. The rooms are clean. The ambiance is cool. But the workers need training. The man at the front desk refused to add my restaurant bills to the room account telling me because I have paid for the room in advance. I mentioned I will pay for the restaurant at check out and he refused. I just let it go. The waiter forgot to place my order. I had to remind him after 15 mins. Another waiter acted as if he was the client and I was serving. Non professional at all. Waiters shouldnt also ask for tips. If I like your service of cos Ill tip.

Id stayed in the hotel for more than a week and I was very pleased.The strongest point is the staff - very polite, courteous and helpful.Special shout out to ladies preparing eggs for the breakfast - you people ruled.As far as the food goes - I had not been a big fan of buffet but I was more than happy with a la carte items - with Ceasar salad being over the top!Barbeque and live music was a great addition to the overall positive experience.My only complain is air conditioning - it was far from sufficient - I could not go below 21.5 degC in my room - thus only 4* not 5. :)I would love to stay there again.

All guests and their luggage are scanned at entry.Well aerated meeting halls.Attended the Nextier Power Dialogue there and it was fun.The meeting room is accessible and easily seats more than a 100 people with a stage.

The room was very clean and cosy with space too for chilling out and watching TV.Their buffet breakfast is to die for with a robust menu of local and international dishes. Other meals served in the hotel as well were delicious.They also have a bar, waiting area and a gift shop. Its also worth mentioning that the gift shop is also packed with lots of useful items from local artwork to shoes et al.Did I mention they also have a safe too?

There is really nothing spectacular about Novotel Port-Harcourt. In some instances it is quite disappointing. The beddings and towels are all worn out; doesnt give the impression of a premium brand. The best thing about staying in Novotel PHC is the bathroom

Just checked into the hotel. Not far from the airport, with good accessible road. The security checks are reassuring. Seamless checkin having booked online. My room is superclean with state of the art facilities. Im blown away already and I anticipate my stay here to be memorable. Oh! I forgot the complimentary buffet breakfast 😍😍... Yummy yummy 😂😂😂

A give it a 5 star because it is one of the best place to be when you are in port Harcourt although it is a little bit expensive. They have good rooms, bar 24hrs light. Good food too.

First time here and it feels a seemingly decent hotel. Well, its managed by Accor, so it has to be decent.At time of visit, lunch was buffet styled, options were good. Taste was nice👌Conference facilities are decent. Depending on size of group, there are choices of 5 meeting rooms, and some can be collapsed to accommodate a larger crowd.Employees are friendly and were ready to provide responses to my enquiries.I find it exciting that theres someone who would shine your shoes 👞 for you at the hotel lobby😃I really like the use of artwork for decor. Great outlay...🏖At time of visit, there were on going renovation works being carried out, so I imagine service quality will improve afterwards. Looking forward to reviewing the rooms and room service.

Used to be my preferred hotel when i visit port harcourt, but the quality of the hotel is dropping drastically espcially the service.One evening, I sat by the pool area for over 30mins and no waiter came around. only one staff was handling restaurant and pool side and the restaurant was busy.the rooms are still nice but lobby and reception needs improvement.Bar snacks took nearly a hour to come.
