Not a good experience atall. Service is very poor. No working telephone in the rooms. The mattress is hard like a rock and the bedspread is very old and dirty or overused and dirty. Wash hand basin tap without water.

Extremely poor service, no power supply and zero concern from the staff.

Nice and neat. The security is okay. Even the attention given was excellent. I was short on cash I was referred to the ATM in front of the hotel and the queue was much I was allow to make withdrawal because a notice was posted there that its for their customers in the hotel more than the public. They put their customers first.

In Igoni Grand View Hotel, everything works just fine. The receptionist are very professional, they have concierge, a good swimming pool and outdoor recreation...It has an outdoor bar with music and it is just a lively place and Security here is top notch.The rooms are fairly spacious and the air conditioning system works well with constant power supply and good parking.It is a lovely place.

Ordinary would have gotten 3 stars but got 2 due to the environment. While it has the amenities that would have made it quite a good place, the manner of the amenities leaves a lot to be desired. It has a small and clean pool and a gym with basic equipment. There is also a poolside bat with some drinks. Power supply is good and security is available and adequate. Parking could be limited. There is an ATM machine just outside the hotel that attracts a crowd almost all the time. With slight improvement, 3 stars.

Hmm...I can say the place is crappy. The management needs to pick up. Too much noise from the hotel staffs and their noisy slippers, the staffs were not properly dressed, they have no proper training of how to act in front of guest. The rooms reeks of cigarettes smoke. The cleaning service was bad, they didnt change the towel, the floor was still wet after cleaning, no shower curtains or bath tub foot mat. The food was nice especially the cat fish pepper soup but they need to replace their utensils. I would give 5/10 to their plantain and egg sauce, to their noodles 4/10 too salty and got served burnt egg. The room prices are pretty fair. The management really needs to pick up because its close to the airport and its really a good location and a nice place if properly managed.

Very nice hotel but d room I lodge did not have room intercom so I have to go downstairs each time I nid something. Nice staffs especially the receptionist called Mary Jane very friendly.

The place is well secured and the staff are well trained to serve the needs of customers. An ATM facility is outside the hotel and the presence of the police and retired military men guarding the premises is a good sign of security. The inner setting is also of continental standard. Every service provided is suitable

I would have love to talk to the directors of this hotel. There are so many areas for improvement.First, which hotel ready for business goes around fumigating in the name of pest control. In this world where there are odourlous and non-irritant pest controls. Yet they chose the smelly ones that chokes, and makes the eyes itch.The beds are hard, its like sleeping on a wooden bench.The bathtub would not flow waste water. No dust bins in the rooms.Pros: The jollof rice I ate was good. The parking space is nice and comfortable.The hotel needs to do more to ensure those of us who come for bed, sleep and have peace enjoy our stay as well, not only those who want to take bear.

I stayed there for a night. The management needs to up its ae in managing the hotel. Small things that matters a lot seems to be their Achilles heel. Bulb fittings, AC remote, fittings. Pool wasnt working. No wifi.

Clean new hotel. Service is good. Has a small pool and a bar beside. Has a karaoke bar. Has a club as well. Cheap and 50% discount till April 2016. Well secured.

The bed was not strong,, the pillows were too strong, colour bedsheets and dirty room. The A/C need to be serviced and the TV channels were limited. The current management is working hard, it should continue to bring back the hotels lost glory.

A nice hotel, event centre, swim area, gym etc.

It was a horrible & devastating experience. The management is extremely poor. The staff members were so rude & annoying. The light was very unsteady, it comes on and goes off in every 5 minutes and eventually the light went off entirely. The staircase were dirty, the room was dirty and under the bed was messed up,in fact, the next day my wife had to put a quarrel after we returned in the afternoon around 3:25pm and the whole place was still dirty including the room. No water in the loo, no water to bath. In fact, my wife and I could not continue to stay in the hotel, we had to check out of the hotel (Igoni Grand View Hotel) and checked into another hotel without taking our bath because there was no water in Igoni Grand View Hotel rooms.It was really an ugly experience. I cant recommend the hotel to anyone not even by mistake. Imagine one of the attendants refused to bring towel to our room because she stopped my wife on her and gave my wife the towel she was holding asking her to take it to our room but my wife declined and told the attendant to take the towel and a tissue paper to our room but the the girl walk away telling my wife that whenever we are ready to use the towel she should come down stairs (2nd floor) and pick the towel. Guess what? They never served us towel, thank God my wife always carried towel whenever we are traveling.The owner of the hotel should do something concerning the management & staff of his/her hotel. They need training especially on public service. Im sure the owner of the hotel has a vision for the hotel, I wonder how he/she will actualize it with what is going on there.This is my experience in Igoni Grand View Hotel. Thank you.

My experience here wasnt a good one, frequent power failure without alternative; Help desk to give info on direction from airport was not going through at first and later was ringing without someone at the other end to pick it up; Has a good location that helps you navigate to anywhere you want to go

A moderate hotel strategically located at Rukpuoku/rumuodumaya round about. This intersect has close proximity to the popular rumuokoro roundabout as well as the Nigerian Airforce base which is city central.The hotel has a level of security presence as a there is always a police van parked infront.

The staff are messed up. Customer service is very poor. Especially the restaurant. Was in the canteen since 7:30 am placed order for breakfast and till 9:45am I was still waiting for my food.You have to call room service before your room is cleaned and they dont give you toiletries except you ask.They are all just acting confused !!!!😡The owner has a good place .... so please please dont let your staff spoil it for you!! Train your staff.
