The building is very ok nd nice but the insecticide they spray in the rooms is really harmful....there food is expensive nd they disturb for money alot... Nd I was almost harrased by one of the cleaners in my room which is very bad

This place needs serious maintenance work.The standards have dropped notably. The rooms are in need of serious maintenance work. Poor painting, air conditioners falling apart, furniture needs upgrading

Good environment clean and warming.A place to stay and very close to shopping centres and business areas. Very economical, easy people to get along with. The receptionist are very friendly and they really gives you a warm welcoming.

Aldgate congress is a nice hotel with a cool ambience, it is quite old but still standard, their meals are affordable and very tasty. They always have a standard pool.

The hotel is old and facility are no longer in top share. However its situated in a good environs. The AC are old and probably not working perfectly.

The environment is family friendly,the rooms are okay but it has a really bad network coverage apart from their WiFi you bearly can do nothing. Their services are a little above average my opinion though.....

Great location and the room i stayed was quited spacious. However i was bummed out that the wifi did not work.

They have a bit of customer relations problem towards government entities. The manager doesnt relate well with prospective clients.

Basic accommodation offered here. I wont call it a luxurious hotel. Its a good place to spend a night or two. There are other hotels in this price range that will give you better value for your money. For the price and location Id say its fair.

As wonderful as their facilities are, their services are pretty shabby.They’re more after the money they’ll get from you than the services they’re supposed to render.Disturbed me in the room I stayed a couple of times, fixing things they ought to have fixed before checking a customer in. Like these are really basic things to do before agreeing to put a customer in a room. Quite unprofessional!Their potters too appeared too ‘old’. Think they need really young and ESPECIALLY CHEERFUL chaps to handle customer services.Poor communication among those at the reception too. Those ladies need to learn how to smile at all times; DAMN!Simply managed to stay the night and couldn’t wait to leave the hotel in the morning.

Aldgate is a comfortable hotel with 24 hours electricity, AC and water heater in every room.Their food is nice too with a comfortable restaurant and training facility.But a handful of their staff can be rude. They need to be trained on hospitality business

Just went for a meeting there, cant say much about the rooms and services but the reception from the gate was good . And there is parking space.

I used their hall for a seminar, its partially neat but Id rate them 5/10. They need to improve maintenance of the organisation.

A well polished hotel with nice environment. Affordable and easy to locate. It has all the basic facilities your expect in a hotel.There event hall is well spacious. More so, it has free internet service.

Its OK with the little pay. Rooms are spacious but matrass too old and cause discomforts. House keeping is good and well located in strategic area and close to a super market. It is easily accessible and cabs available always. The food not too good.

Good: Very cheap. Good location. Anything else, Ill have to do some serious thinking...Bad: Terrible service. Food takes like forever to arrive while staff monkey around. Rundown - seems theyve given up making repairs. Bedsheets and towels look scary. Showers spoilt, so theyve kindly provided buckets... really, any point going on?

Its a poorest hotel I ever come across in Port Harcourt. The rooms smells like cigarettes smoking hot tubs,dirty beds, bathing, toilet facilities are very porous no hot tubs

Rooms have roaches, poor shower cotton spilling water all over toilet. Worse of all is the restaurant which serves bad food with very saucy waiters who selects respect guests based on their age, staff cannot speak good English. My 2weeks stay was hell. Spoilt salad I ordered got me sick. I eat out while there. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Hosted some wedding guests here. Simple place to relax. Well maintained.

Nice place with poor restaurant service. I literally had to go to the kitchen to replace my order and it took them 4hours to get to me with a wrong order... And i was so hungrrrrry😥

Very affordable, rooms start at 8000. There is an elevator, 1.77m swimming pool, nice restaurant. Very quiet. There is also a safe for storing valuables.

They say that WiFi is 24/7 but they must be using Glo because there is no WiFi in my room. To make matters worse, my own network isnt working here but it works in the lobby. There is also water coming out of the tiles in the floor. Im waiting to see if I would be lucky enough to catch fish here.

Kool but had issues when I want to check in the morning about 8am was told the are having morning devotion and the room isnt cleaned yet

It would have been a relatively nice place but for poor service delivery and suboptimal customer service. Very epileptic internet connection for the very little time it dared show up during my stay. Poor customer service contributes to why they get a 2 star rating from me. Poor customer service from even the manager who dared me to do my worst after I complained about the almost absent Wi-fi and told him I would be forced to report it here if the matter wasnt looked into. Oh... And may I mention that I witnessed a really loud fight which noise drew me out of my room to the reception to see a fight between customers and some hotel staff apparently caused by customers dissatisfaction with poor service delivery.
