I gave been to another dematel in gra which was very nice... But this particular one at stadium road .. Ahhh ...The front desk manager was xo rude and doesnt even know the meaning of customer service...all I can say is that they lost a good client

Dmatel is relatively okay with fair pricing.Their rooms are clean. But the receptionists need training; and they should be thought proper hand over from one shift to another.How do you subject a guest to several explanation?I was embarrassed because a receptionist couldnt pass proper information to the next shift yesterday 29th Aug 2021.

Cool hotel with a great ambience and aura.

A luxurious hotel with State of art luxuriously furnished rooms and Class customer service.

Although my stay was only in the conference center it was cool. Their sound system had some hitches but overall experience was good!

Dmatel Gold Hotel is a nice cossy and affordable hotel to lodge in Port Harcourt.The ambience is very warm and welcoming, staff are apt with their duty and response time is quick, the food tastes really good but a bit on the up side which is understandable for a hotel of this class. My guests really did enjoy their stay here and wish for a come back.In all, I rate it a 5-Star

Its a very beautiful Hotel located in a serene, well planned environment along Stadium road in the hub of Portharcourt.

Reception is often warm but advance bookings sometimes get mixed up.Meal is equally okay.Some utilities not functioning well like the AC, w/c flusher. Each room should have automomy to preferred stations. This can be arranged with DSTV I understand.They seldom work on feedback bacause Ive been here a number of times and have had to point out a thing or two to them whic hardly gets fixed.Overall, a fair experience

Poor customer service from the reception. Came in so tired after a long trip and I had to wait for 1hr for room I booked to be cleaned,and I given attitude probably because I was a female. Conducive environment

Unfriendly receptionists and the rooms seem overpriced. The hotel environment is however peaceful and cosy and easily accessible.

The linens are no longer white. Hot water took too long to come on in the morning. Apparently its turned off at midnight and then the heater is turned on sometime around 6am. Room I stayed in first smelt of cigarettes (it was supposed to be a non-smoking room). Room service is great, though.

Comfortable environment. Good service. No complimentary breakfast or tea in rooms though.Overall good, I recommend.

Dmatel Gold Hotel is a reliable and affordable hotel in Stadium Road, Portharcourt. Ambience is good and modern.

The hotel is neat and have very efficient staff. We have stayed there ( Port Harcourt branch) twice. I will recommend it to anyone who is around the area.

It was an okay stay. Honestly, you would expect more from the executive suites. I was okay with everything but the bathroom.1. Its so small2. The tubs have no seal cap, which would have been perfect for a soak.3. No hand showers?

The first room I got didn’t have an fridge at all and I had to call them to change my room. This room change was done very grudgingly. Both the former room and new room were not neat and I had to ask for my bedsheet to be changed because I saw dust stains on it. I am honestly not picky with things like this but mehn, that hotel was unkempt. The new pillowcase I got was also torn but I didn’t want to make a fuss about it. The 2 stars is cuz I had pounded yam and egusi and it was nice and quite cheap. I think the meal was 3k. The room was 20k for one night. Hotel staff is also quite unfriendly but I think it’s cuz they were tired as I checked in at night . Shouldn’t be an excuse tho. Overall, I’m definitely not going back.

Nice clean hotel with good ambiance but the most horrible of room service! Average time of delivery of food to the room is 3 - 4 hours! Worse still the delivery is usually incomplete!They do not have any apologies when you call to complain and will dismiss you with ‘I will call you back’ which they NEVER DO! The supervisor at the kitchen needs to be urgently replaced!

Lovely accommodation. The rooms were large and airy. The food was great and presented well. Broad menu covering local and international dishes. Theres a well stocked bar and restaurant. Friendly, helpful, responsive and courteous staff. Upscale area of Port Harcourt. The ambience wonderful, with dark rich mahogany tones and great lighting. In spite of having a noisy party of youngsters next-door, the sound level in the room was tolerable. Laundry services available.
