No Air conditioning very poor service delivery

One popular hotel while in School. A nice place to chill with friends. Great bar with assorted drinks. Affordable rooms and great neighbourhood.

Old hotel

This hotel used to be great. Maybe they need a change of management. The advantage this place offers us affordable rooms. Their outdoor bar is cool. With cold drinks. Their toilets are not worth mentioning. 😂 doors not closing well, walls peeling, Air conditioning not cooling. No hot water except you call for a bucket of hot water. My car was perfectly clean in the morning. Your belongings are safe around this hotel. They just need a facelift and it will compete with the top hotels in Owerri
