It looks poorly maintained. No good toilet. Swimming pool is very dirty. The bar is not clean, with few drinks available. No provision for food. However, the rooms are cheap considering its location. The hotel sits in a very serene environment. Its close to a major road too. I had to always go out to look for food. The hotel is also very big but with very few occupants.

Most useless hotel in Owerri. Very poor management and poor services. Worst hotel I have ever lodged.

The place was just there. Good rooms and bed space but heater wasnt working. Their POS is messed up. It debits you and still shows you payment unsuccessful without any print out. I lost money paid for 2 nights to them which made me pay double the price and yet they did not seem concerned. Just pay cash or through bank transfer if you have to stay there.

So my friends and I checked in into this hotel and we paid for 6 rooms each, after about 5 mins, the lights went off and we had to wait for 2 hours before the lights came back and we went into the hotel only to find out that the water, air conditioner are not working and they asked us to wait for a few hours which of course we did and the problems werent fixed we kindly asked for out money so we could go other hotels coz we found out that all the rooms are the same thing( not functional) and the manager and the owner of the hotel had to go call the police securities and they said they were going to shoot us and bury us and nothing will happen. That the owner of the hotel is very rich and we are nothing compared to him. So we left because our lives were in danger so.... my review is..... You better run for your life instead of paying for this hotel for 1 bit!

You start feeling the warmth right from the point of entrance

It has a serene environment front office and lobby staff had this great smile on their faces the whole time. The place is really hospitable.

Honestly it was a disaster, I stayed in room 217, the air condition was not chilling, no shower curtain, in fact I had to be fetching water from the hand wash basin, cos no other water outlet was working In the toilet. Services was a bit slow, food was something else, as I bought one plate of rice and chicken at 2,500 Nigerian money. It was so messed up.

Jacobs is one of the worst places to stay. Managent is zeros, food is robbery, for two days I stayed in room 219 without fridge, fan has only one speed control out of 5. Staff r poorly trained. Never would I stay there again
