Government cannot do business... Gradually loosing it...

I was here for 5 hours no water to bath nor flush the toilet. Also no hot water for bath . Nice rooms and serien environment. If the water issue can be resolved then it will be a home away from home.

Government should give it out to a foreign manager to bring the service to its original status of 5 🌟.But the environment is very good and welcoming.

Dated. Excellent location but facilities and rooms need major renovations. Sadly way past its glory days. It actually reminds you of some of the older Marriott facilities so the good news is that its got lots of potential to claw its was back.

Its serene and though the pool side is rather rough and floor finish needs to be redone, pool is clean and the facility is well maintained. The staff smiles at you and service is top-notch. The rooms are awesome and its still the best hotel in Owerri

Great casino, Nice Pool. One of the few that retains both the standard and size. Great bush bar.

Beautiful place. They however need to upgrade. Its wasnt a good experience being in a room and the intercom and water heater doesnt work.

Very terrible, no hot water in the shower, you have to call room service to get you hot water, the light is always tripping on and off

Nice, good but your business/computer cafe is expensive to transact business with. Try and meet and sustain the customers need and satisfaction with wonderful customer service.

Concord Hotel IMO Is A Very Place To Lodged.

Experience wasnt so bad but sure its been a bit below what it used to be when the Koreans were managing partner for the business.
