Spiffing place to Lodge if you get to visit Owerri. Extremely courteous, smiley and gracious staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Food was a bit pricey compared to hotels in Lagos, but you have different options of food available, a few minutes away from the hotel.No childrens pool so we had to use the one available at the hotel next door. Overall, my stay there with my family was a delight.Lest I forget, the hotel has a gal b for hosting events... My SIL had her wedding reception party there any it was spectacular.

Average service but for the price it was quite good. Way cheaper than the hotel we got inside the village and better hospitality and facilities. Didnt clean my room after I left the keys with them for 4hrs. Guess they had lots of work but 4hrs was enough time. Didnt eat there but could bring in food.

The hotel seemed clean, with modern facilities: table phone, fridge, electric kettle, shower, and a sizeable bed etc. The receptionists werent very responsive though. I asked for batteries (twice) for my TV remote, and was never delivered to me till I left. I came with my family & friends so we paid for 11 rooms.In one of the rooms (according to my lil bro), they found a big rat (rodent). The hotel may wanna consider fumigation. Regardless, they let me come in with my food and drinks for which Im grateful. I rate my experience 7/10😊.Its located very close to the popular Concord Hotel, Owerri. Be careful if youre driving. There were lots of bad spots on the road, and there was barely any respect for traffic rules.I checked in on 28.12.2020 & checked out: 30.12.2020. Note that the above reality might have changed.

Well links is popular because of its swimming pool and its very affordable for people especially students. That was the only thing that attracted me to the hotel the rest is normal

I loved everything about it. The efficient lift, the spacious rooms, the comfortable bar and restaurant, the Amazing swimming pool, and the hospitable staffs. One thing Ive not confirmed about them tho is if they have a gym, but I believe they will have as it is among the top hotels in Owerri. It is very close to other top hotels like imo concord hotel, all seasons hotel and hence enjoys security.

I love the environment and most things here, the staffs are friendly.I met one of the bar guy, he was really working hard, though only him on night shift he was taking care of the customers just him and no complain.

First off, Very hostile and unaccommodating staff, I asked for an extension for my room since I have a different type of phone charger and was told by the front desk its not possible!! I asked again nicely if they could check around the premises for one and the lady shouted at me through the phone about how its not possible.Then there was when I ordered food and asked for no fish, I was told that it wasnt possible , I asked to cancel so I may order differently , the same reply again, they have already started making it ????!!!!.I begrudgingly ate the food , but what if I had a severe fish allergy.It takes forever to get anything here, ask for spare plates to be sent up to your room and itll take an hour plus.When they come to clean the rooms, the housekeepers are often disorganized. They begin to clean your room then leave your room with all their cleaning supplies here and leave for a hour before coming back to finish up. Not to mention how a housekeeper used mop water to clean my table tops.Hot water doesnt runThe electricity isnt stableThe internet is poorMy room lacked an AC remote, bin and tableThe service is horrible, they are clearly untrainedNot worth the price billI recommend the owner close down for a bit and do a complete overhaul before reopening
