The price is fair. The rooms are manageable. The food is too pricey and inconsistent in taste especially when the head chef is not there.You cannot print and save a 2 of the staff, theres an air of arrogance among the staff. The kitchen guys are extra and a bit intrusive.

This place is heaven on Earth.. There rooms are Classy and affordable for all with taste..

Pros: The staff is courteous and very helpful. There is security and they wash your vehicle when you ask. Their laundry service is reasonably priced and well done. I would have given 5 stars.Cons: They serve either boiled yams and scrambled eggs or dry bread for breakfast. The rooms are quite small and the finishing in the bathrooms are poorly done. There was a leak either at the ACs in the room or in the showers. We changed rooms three times. It seems the owner expects his customers to just deal with it. This is my second stay here and I would not be staying here again. My family plans on building their own hotel and this is one thing they would be focusing on-making sure the finishing is perfect.

The place is wonderful, great ambience and they have complimentary breakfast. Relatively affordable too. You can get a room for 13k

Nice location however, hotel room service is poor. There is so much delay and staff are generally not customer service centric. On the bright side, the rooms are well furnish with decent parking space.

Good parking space for vehicle owners, a pretty fancy bar to hang out as well as carry out private transactions and I believe the accommodation will be ok.

Good enough hotel with an okay staff that can either make or mar your day.....rooms are livable and doesnt ooze like a place where The action just took place (if you catch my drift)....I particularly like that massive TV set in the lobby - fascinating. Overall, a good enough hotel to stay in....

Nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay. The only challenge I had there was poor mobile network. I had to go outside the hotel premises in order to make calls.

Very chic/beautiful hotel with lovely interior furnishing and finishing, centrally located, walking distance from restaurants, supermarkets and banks. However, the following needs to be done in order to attain 4/5 stars. 1.The rooms should have at least an electric kettle (you may or may not have tea items) but even if not all rooms then the ambassadorial suite should have one. 2.No floor towels - everyday I had to request for it. 3.Install an automatic water pump (dont know the exact name) such that when the level of water in the tank goes below the threshold, it pumps water into the tank and when it fills up, it stops. This will ensure there is water at all times neither will you need to remind anyone to do the needful. 4. Fix little plumbing issues - shower head for the Jacuzzi was spoilt and the toilet was leaking. 5. TV Channel - there isnt any station for kids. Had to call everyday for kids station to be added which took ages to be done. 6. Room service response rate - poor needs to be improved.

Its a very nice hotel with friendly prices and located in a serene area of the town. It has limited parking space though. Its cozy and the bar and restaurant are available 24/7.

The place is well organized and their snacks are just too yummy.

The sheets were grimy. I was afraid to use the duvet. The toilet leaked. The chicken and chips I ordered was tasteless. And they had that nice inscription on the towels- which I also didnt use.

Nice interiors, but the bathtub in 306 needs fixing as the water doesnt drain. Its irritating having a bath and have dirty water up to your ankles.

Haven suits is located at ikenegbu owerri IMO State. Haven suites is one of the biggest hotel in owerri, with a good hospitality and very good trained staff and security guard. With my my 2days stays in owerri IMO State capital, I was over warmed with the type of treatment I received in the hotel. The environment is very cool and calm, there is no noise when you are in your hotel room. The management of the hotel and the owner should keep it up in other to bring out the best as it is in other develop countries like in Europe, America and Canada etc.
