With more than 100 classy rooms, three event halls, inference centers, swimming pool, gym, lounge, bar and restaurant this hotel is simply one place with multipurpose capabilities.Ive been here and simply love how their services are.Kudos

The place is good. Everything is functioning and good customer service. The room rates are quite fair and they also avail customers with discount. The rooms and toilets are spacious and kept clean. Air condition works well, room service is prompt, gym facilities and swimming pool are kept in order and functioning. And the hotel is close to the road with easy access to everyday supermarket incase you need to do some shopping while lodged in. It was a good customer experience

Rooms are spacious and fairlyokay...but theres a catch, you have be willing to share it with other animals, dont want to be specific but just know that

Considerable OK for a good night sleep.Place isnt too noisy and the best part is that its located beside a supermarket,It has a pool but i personally am not into public pools. Even paid for ones..Its maintenance is fairly OK, some toilets cant flush.Some bathrooms dont drain and some AC dont cool very much.But those are mostly in the less pricy rooms.The general outlook of the hotel is nice. But I wont rate it so high just yet. Manageable for lack of a better word

They should fix the lift and get 5stars

It is a good hotel. Though old. The services are good during the day but at night you will get tired of calling room service. Of course its rooms prices are good as well. The location is also good.

Eastern Emirates Suites is big and beautiful.Electricity is constant (quick changes from Gen to Nepa and vice versa).I must acknowledge the efforts of the management in terms of maintenance, however more needs to be done in the toilet/bathroom facility.Furthermore, The service at midnight is very poor.It is improper for guests to be knocking the doors of the reception before they can get access into the hotel they lodged.Sleeping security, Sleeping receptionists (almost beat up the guy up before he woke up to give me my key).If you just want to sleep in a quiet hotel; Emirates is Ok

Aesthetically appealing, but their service delivery is average. Its located conveniently along Musa YarAdua drive. Access to Shopping malls and other service bays outside the hotel is quite easy.

Worst hotel Ive ever lodged in. I lodged with my family in saperate rooms. My brother got served tasteless rice with spoiled chicken, my Sister complain her shower system was shocking , it took over an hour for the laundry people to Iron my cloth and even then they Ironed it bad and misplaced my trouser. The front desk person has an attitude and communication problem and the some of the rooms have rats in them. We all came for a wedding, my sister was woke on the checkout morning to the sound of a rat attacking the wedding cake. Dont be fooled by the structural aesthetics it a bad hotel that is a result of bad management. I give them one star because Google doesnt have the option for half.

High class, really great

Its the worst place I have visited as a hotel. The toilets has no flowing water and very dirty. Other things are manageable but my test for neatness is your toilet.

The room was dirty, lack maintenance too expensive no good appliances and the bed is as hard as rock. Poor management eastern Emirate suite is the worst hotel we have ever been to.

It just was like my home away from home. The treatment was superb, and all for a modest fee.

Lovely location, good access to town. Room rate not so bad.

Nice and very neathotel in a bubbling area of town, however the services were below par. I spent 30 minutes trying to locate my room, there was no guide or directions to show which room is on which floor, water pressure to the top floor was low and the service men on duty could not do anything to fix.
