I like going out to places where I will be happy and feel among friends

I didn’t stay here but I’m writing this review because I checked out the place and then stay at the hotel beside it. Katties and Westend. Benzin hotel is quite poor. Everything is dirty. Then no light. Katties and Westend is not any better. Although light is constant. Customer service is terrible. The rooms though big are old and they smell. They give you dirty bedsheets and tell you they are the best bedsheets you can get anywhere. They clean your room very late or not at all if you don’t beg. For 3 days I was at the facility no towel was provided despite disturbing the receptionist daily. Then they steal your property. I had the worst experience at Katties and Westend hotel. I could not find them on the map, that’s why I’m dropping this review here. Run for your life.

Benzin Hotel Limited is among the best and comfortable Hotels in Owerri.

Very nice environment and in the Owerri main town. Benzin Hotel is at Old Nekede Road near Westend Hotels. You can also locate it from both Wetheral and Freedom Square junctions; it is just a straight drive to Westend junction
