Nice place to be. Entrance point has a good security. You are only allowed in upon identification as a resident or a confirmation by a resident of your visit. The surroundings are neat. The houses are well demarcated. The house I visited had 3 dogs as pets and for added security.

Visiting here was quite enchanting. Good roads and drainage system. Quite peaceful I must say, completely drowning the bustle of the city of Lagos. Neatly built houses mostly duplexes. The estate is well secured with guards on guard round the clock. Perfect neighborhood to raise children also. There’s need for individual parking lots to be increased as the population here increases.

Eden Gardens is in a very good neighborhood along the Lekki-Epe corridor.

We went there to play football on the soccer pitch. A cool and secure Estate.

This estate place is quite nice, it guarantees maximum security, serene environment and flood proof, the only this is its hidden but along the road.

Its quiet and isolated from the bustling life of Lagos. Its still at the development phase however, which informs why the roads and drainage are not top notch. Lands are still available for development. Security presence is apparent as you cant gain entry into the estate without security clearance. The existing houses are in good shape. Environment is peaceful with beautiful clear blue skies. There are yet to be streetlights which I think should be installed for security and safety purposes.

So much growth going on there. They actually provide affordable housing for families.
