Great location. Quite, serene and secure. Affords a peaceful, productive and nice lifestyle with 24 hours backup power, a recreation centre with a gym, swimming pools (adult & children), lawn tennis (multipurpose) court, open Club house and play area usable for small children. Also there is a unisex salon and neighbourhood store.The homes are highly contemporary and the entire Estate has that contemporary feel.Actual name of the Estate is Richmond Gate Estate (now Phase-1 because Phases 2 & 3 now exist). But it is mostly known as Haven Homes, which is the name of the developers.

Nice building architecture and good layout. There is a clubhouse with a supermarket and a pool at the back. Bring you own music if you want to have fun. However you will have to be a resident to use the pool.UpdateThe estate appears to fully inhabited and in some areas cars belonging to residents spill out on the roads. The once very beautiful structures are in need of attention. Some buildings are showing light cracks on the surface.There is also staining of walls as rain water washes dust and dirt gathered on edges during the dry season. Unfortunately it is not likely that service charges residents pay cover repainting of homes with paint suited for sea breeze or even proper plastering of walls.

This place is well planned and houses are well spaced too coupled with premium power supply,well paved roads,excellent space for sports activities and a good recreational centre

Located in Elegushi and a stone throw from Meadow Hall school. This estate is beautiful piece of property that any one would love to own a property in. The buildings are built to standard, well laid out. There is plenty of green and the security is top notch. Personally I love the estate and when I am ready to own my own house I would start with Haven homes. They are now called Richmond Estate by the way

Nice estate. Well planned. Central power supply system. No individual is allowed to own a generator, and this makes the environment peaceful and quiet. The breeze from the beach is so refreshing. Will be among the best if trees could be planted on the streets.

Richmond gate estate. I love how responsive the management is. The estate is calm and good for rearing kinds, its also close to Meadow hall.

Lovely surroundings, great security. Its very quiet here due to the fact that its a little isolated from the main expressway and horns are not allowed. Each apartment has its own compound with modern security gates and good access roads, albeit a little narrower than expected.

Nice clean estate - they dont have individual security manning each gate, as residents have a remote-control operated gate. nice! i dont live here so i cant speak for how it is run. they have a no domestic staff out the gates without the boss clearance. which i guess is good for security purposes (although on my 2nd visit there - my friends nanny left the estate through one of those gates).
