Not the best, but better than a lot.Roads are alright and security is effective.Water and Light is a whole other story, but as long as you can provide for yourself, youll be okay.

Good place 4 home

Bera estate is generally easy to navigate. Its clean and the houses are exotic. Power supply is average but thats how it is in Nigeria generally. Great security and general estate atmosphere is cool.

A Beautiful and well-arranged housing Scheme with Trendy Houses.....A good security System....You cant barge in uninvited because theres Privacy you have to Call whoever you are looking for and your Host will call the Security Post before you are allowed to drive in.....Every House has its personal Compounds.Theres a big Supermarket opposite the Estate where you can shop for most of your house-hold Needs.It has a good Road Network too!

This is one of the numerous housing estates along Chevron Drive. Just another one with nothing special except for the location.

Nice well planned layout and tight security. Good for early morning jogging and strolling. Laundry service located near the main gate to the Estate. Standard facilities available. Power outage might occur frequently. You need to plan for alternative power source like generator or inverters. Solar panels sighted on some buildings in the Estate.

BERA Estate is a fully residential estate which is situated close to chevron drive just beside UBA Bank. Its an estate with alot of promise and has over 300 housing Units.
